Echizen Ryoma... I'm back

Chapter 2 Leave

This night is a non sleep-able night. Me, thinking if I should go or not, couldn't sleep. I turned around and faced Ryoma. He was always so cute when he was asleep. 

I slowly moved his arms and slipped out from his hands, then tiptoed out of bed. I got changed into my training gear and went to look at the time. 

"4am. It'll be nice and cool and there shouldn't be a lot of people." I tiptoed out the room and went outside, making sure that I don't wake anyone.

There was no light to be seen except for street lights. I started jogging down the road, trying to free my mind,but failed. All I thought of in my head was 'Do I have to leave?' 'If I do leave, will I see Ryo again?' 'Would Uncle Izumi stop me from what I like?' But most of it was 'should I leave or not?'

I ran to the riverside and started throwing stones. Until there was no more stones near me, I ran to the bridge and screamed out loud.

"AHHHHHHHH!!! AHHHHHHH!!!" I feel so much better with that all out. I looked at the time. 5:30am. Probably should get going before Ryoma finds out. It only took me 10 minutes to get home cause I sprinted back. 

I got myself changed and went back on the bed and pretended to sleep. Ryoma woke around 6:15am and noticed that I was next to him. He let out a sigh which sounded that he was relived. I slowly opened my eyes and looked towards him.

"Ohaiyo Ryo," I said, looking at him with a innocent smile 

"Ohaiyo Yui," he said giving me a morning kiss, which made me happy. His lips were very soft like the gummy candies.

"Ryo... I..."

"Yui. I know. You should go."

"Yeah... Maybe I should go. I'll get stronger and then you will never beat me," I said, with a smile that looked like I was about to cry.

"Don't cry," he said, while trying to wipe my tears away. "I'll wait for you forever"

"Ryo... Promise me that you'll win the American Junior Tennis Tournaments 4 times in a row and I'll ask to come back. Okay?"

"Yeah. I'll win them and then we won't leave each other again. I promise"

We went down the stairs, together, while holding hands. Oyaji, Rinko Okaasan and Uncle Izumi was all there at the dinning table. Ryoma and I took our seats.

"So... Yuki. Have you decided?"

"...Yeah... I'm going but under 3 circumstances.
1 You're not allowed to stop me from doing anything I like.
2 I have to be back after Ryoma wins the Tournament 4 times.
3 You can't interfere with anything I do and I have to Face Time Ryo at least once a week. If there is something you can't promise me with this then I'm sorry, I will not go"

"Of course I'll agree. I want you to be happy. And I'll promise you, you can do anything you like but don't get hurt. Also I promise you, you can definitely come back after he wins"

"Okay, I'm going. Can I ask you, when are we leaving?" I didn't really want to leave so quickly.

"In two days time. That's the most I can give you to spend with that kid there" he said, looking at Ryoma.

"Thank you" I think he knows that I want to spend time with Ryoma

After talking with him, Rinko Okaasan started packing my suitcase while she told me to spend with Ryoma. The night before I left, I asked Ryoma some questions.

"Ne, Ryo~ Would you love me forever? Would you like someone else after I leave? Would..."

"Yui! You know that I only love you. I would never like anyone else except for you," he said while putting me in his arms. "I will love you this life and the next, so make sure you come back in 5 years, otherwise I'm coming for you"

"Ryo~... Wait here. I have something for you," I said and I rushed to my suitcase.

"Ryo, close your eyes" 

He closed his eyes and I put the couple necklace on his neck.

"I made this the other day. See look, it says 'Yuki always love Ryoma' and mine says 'Ryoma always like Yuki' do you like it?"

"Of course. I love anything you give me. I will always keep it on. I have something for you too" 

He went over to his drawer and got a couple bracelet out. One is pink and the other one blue. It had a tennis racket with a tennis ball on it.

"I bought this so we'll always be together and love tennis"

He came to me and put the bracelet on my wrist then, he leaned over and kissed me. His lips were always soft.

"So... I'm going. Rinko Okaasan and Oyaji take care. Ryo... I love you," I said giving him a kiss on the lips. I was about to pull away but Ryoma used his hands and pulled me closer.

"Passengers going on the flight EGD13 leaving for England, please go to Gate 3 to departure. Passengers going on the flight EGD13 leaving for England, please go to Gate 3 to departure."

I slowly pulled away, unwanting to leave his sense.

"Saiyounara Ryo"
