What do you see in the mirror?
I've been asked this question before and all I
could say was a girl who couldn't find her way.
Nobody understood what I meant so I decided
to not explain for they wouldn't understand.
The very next day I looked at myself in the
mirror and I saw a girl who understood pain.
The days went on the mirror stood strong
against my wall as I grew weak. The last day of
the year I stood in front of that mirror and
asked myself the same question like I did every
year. What do you see in the mirror? This time
I saw a girl who understood that you have to
get through stuff to see the full picture. And
then I finally understood why some people
didn't understand my answer. It was because
they didn't find there way yet.
