Through the years I learned to keep my mouth shut.
I learned to keep my thoughts closed off.
I learned so much but how to love.
I don't understand how to let someone in. When I know there just leave me again.
Will someone explain to me how to open up. My mother always said, "You just got to let someone in and when they rip your heart open just stitch it back up again."
She made it sound so easy even though she stitched her heart to much that it fell apart at the seams.
And no one could fix her again.
And I'm scared that'll happen to me.
