I wish I may, I wish I might,
hope to wish on a star tonight,
stop my parents from having a fight,
clean the blood from the streets tonight,
help me sleep from traumatic fright,
and let me rest falling from height.
I wish I may, I wish I might,
swallow the pill that'll make it right
be taken to heaven by the light,
and escape the world full of miserable plight.
