I sighed as I returned to the beach, I was bored and I needed to do something. This time, I saw a strange watch, heart shaped, but it was cracked. I decided to pick it up without reading it.
Soon, I found myself in the darkness again, again, I did my best to not get sick, today, I had decided that I needed to figure out how to work the travelling, some day anyway.
I found buttons on the clock, hidden, so I pressed some. I moved through the nothingness quicker, I let go of that one and instantly slowed. I soon found myself sitting in a trailer, like the one I was in the other time I went to my movie shoot.
I felt tears streaming down my face, and I didn't know why. I looked to the door and heard a knock, I heard a voice on the other side too.
"Krystal? Can I come in?" I heard a familiar voice say.
I only sniffled and quietly said yes, but he must've heard me and came in anyway. I saw Marcus come in, I remembered him from last time I had travelled. He sighed as he looked me in the eye, and I felt a connection, but I didn't really feel the connection, it was strange.
"Did he?" He asked softly.
"Yeah," I said, wiping away my tears.
He sighed as he put his hand out to wipe my tears away too. He seemed to know so much, yet not enough.
"We can go for dinner today okay? Get your mind off it." Marcus said as he looked to my pocket.
I looked down to my pocket, wondering what he was staring at, but the hardest part was resisting to look at Marcus because the future me wanted to, but I didn't want to. I finally looked down and saw he was staring at the watch, I decided to hide it deeper in my pocket. If Marcus saw that, it wouldn't be good.
That's when I realized that this was before the last time I'd gone in the future, so before he asked me out, I couldn't give anything away, so I just decided to leave. I pressed a button on the watch, one that I had figured out a long time ago would bring me back to where I wanted to be.
But as I floated away, I saw Marcus pull out a shiny, gold pocket watch.
