At the moment, you were sitting in your room while thinking about your next plan of action. Your cybernetic limbs on the your left has been reattached and you have gotten used to them once again. Although your left eye remained permanently damaged so it had to removed and you had to wear a simple black eye patch. Much to your displeasure, Elara would laugh and you were forced to hear multiple pirate jokes.
So as you were somewhat relaxing while having a glass of your favorite drink, a knock was heard at your door.
(Y/N): Come in.
The door opened and Corona entered the room in her priestess outfit. She noticed that you were still deep in thought so she took a seat on your bed.
Corona: Something on your mind?
(Y/N): Sorry... Just thinking about what I'm going to do next, can't stay here forever.
Corona: There is always a place for you here... That is if you choose on a field of study.
You looked at your robotic arm before turning your gaze to the high priestess.
(Y/N): No offense but I'm not exactly fit to stay here... Not when there is something or someone out there killing hunters.
Corona: You mean to go after this killer?
(Y/N): Someone has to... Besides... I can't just sit here and let a huntsman killer run about.
She seemed a little saddened by your words, almost as if you intend to leave for good. It only been two days since the two of you have spent time together yet, you were in need to avenge your friends. She simply reached into the pocket of her robes and placed a small box beside you.
Corona: If you're leaving... Then please... I want you to have this...
(Y/N): I-I don't think I can accept this.
Corona: Just take it...
She then stood and was about to leave the room feeling depressed until the door suddenly opened directly in front of her.
You were about to follow her as you placed the small box in your coat pocket and rose to your feet. Just as you turned towards hee direction, you immediately witnessed her fainting and fall to the ground.
You were about to react until you noticed a black mist and a pair of red eyes revealed themselves. You suddenly felt drowsy until you fell to your knees and sleep finally took over.
???: You were never safe in the first place... A good thing i left the best for last.
