When you sit there
And smile at the world
That means you're being strong
When you sit there
And frown at everything you see
That's your negative thoughts winning
When you tell people you're fine
And you're really not
That's you calling for someone to see the pain
You're hiding from everyone
When you listen to music
That's you trying to get better
When you tell yourself
That you're not good enough
That's you judging yourself
When you're running away from home
That's you trying to get away from your fears
But when you turn your head
All you see is those fears
You keep on telling yourself people will stop
But they won't unless you do something about it
So take the chance
And regain yourself
