Rememberance~
I remember when a tear never fell,
And my smile was always real.
Waking up to a rooster's crow,
And a call for a dog.No weight on my shoulders,
Or a cloud in view.
A time when I was younger,
With a dog by my side.A name I will remember,
The house I won't forget.
My mark on the walls,
A doodle in the cabinet. My forest of green,
With dirt underneath.
The adventures of a child,
The trails of the deer.My mind so free,
Not a care in the world.
A buzz of the bees,
A sting of a wasp.No worries for me,
I didn't care at all.
