Chapter 23

I got to the door and looked out the window to see who it was. I can't believe he is here. What is he doing here? I opened the door to reveal Finn standing there.

"Finn, what are you doing here?" I asked him.

"I heard Angela was not feeling good. I thought I stop by and see if you need any help." Finn said to me.

"Finn, we are doing fine. I won't let Noah come here now. Why do you think I will let you? Go back to school before you get in trouble." I told them.

"Rach, I just thought you would want someone here to help you." He told me.

"No offence Finn. If I wanted anyone here to help me. It would her father, Noah. I told him he was allowed to come over after football practice. Mercedes and Kurt is going to come right after school. So right now I am good. Your mom and Noah's mom was here helping me. So Finn go back to school before you get into trouble. I am fine. I will talk to you later." I told him.

"But Rachel. Are you sure?" He asked me.

"Yes, I am. I am doing it to this for the good of you." I said. I then shut the door on him. "Go back to school now." I yelled through the door. I walked him walk back to his car. Then he was gone. Where in his right mind did he think I was going to let him in to help? Noah wasn't even here to help. So he wasn't going to be in.

*Noah's POV*

I walked to the others. I take a seat next to Mike. I looked around and didn't see Finn anywhere around. He better not have went there. If I am not allowed to be there then he can't be there.

"Where is Finn?" Was all I could say.

"He told me he had to go take care of somethings." Mike told me.

"I saw him. He was heading to the parking lot. He left. I don't know where he went." Tina told me.

"I think I know where was going. That is not going to happen. If you are not allowed to go then why would he think he could just walk up there and think she would let him help?" Santana said.

"I don't know. I am the father. He is not." I said getting annoyed. Finn is trying to do something that is my job. He is not the father. I am. He doesn't have to take care of them. I do. That is what I am going to do.

It is now glee club now. I walked in to see Finn in the room. I walked up to him.

"Dude where did you go during lunch?" I asked him.

"I uhmm....." He was saying.

"You went to see Rachel didn't you." I said to him.

"Yeah. So. I thought she needed help." Finn said to me.

"Dude, she is doing fine. My mother went over to help. Even your mom went over to help too. I called her and asked. So why did you think if you show up on her doorstep she would let you in to help?" I asked him.

"Puck, I just thought you were doing nothing. She need a guy there to help." He said to me. Everyone was listening to us.

"Finn, you are so lucky I promised Rachel I wouldn't get in trouble. I am doing everything I can to help her. She told me to go school. So I did what she wanted. She told me to go to practice that is what I am doing. Then after practice I am going over and help her." I told him.

"What is going on here?" Mr. Shuester asked us when he walked.

"Nothing Mr. Shuester." I said. I took a seat next to Brittany and Santana. Finn took a seat in the front.

"Okay. So what is going on with Rachel?" He asked us.

"Mr. Shuester, Angela has a cold and Rachel is home taking care of her." I told him.

"Okay. Thank-you Puck. Tell her we missed her and hope Angela gets better." He told me.

"Well do." I told him. After glee the day went by fast. I walked onto the field for practice. I walked up to Mike. I tried to stay away from Finn since glee.

"Hey Puck." Mike said.

"Hey man." I said.

"Have you heard anything from Rachel?" He asked me.

"Yeah. I texted her. Angela is getting little bit better but not. She is still sick." I told him.

"Poor thing." Mike said.

"Yeah I know. I feel so bad. I really don't want to be here." I told him.

"Yeah I bet. Kurt and Mercedes went over after school." Mike said.

"Yeah they did to help. Then I am going over and staying the night to help her." I told him.

"Puckerman." I heard Coach Beiste yell.

"Yes coach?" I asked her.

"What are you doing here? I heard that Rachel is home with her. Go now. Tell Rachel I told you could go." She told me.

"Thank-you Beiste." I said running back to the locker room and change. When I got changed and quickly ran to my car. I hopped into my truck and headed to Rachel's house to help her with our daughter. But before I go to her place. I am going to pick up dinner for both of us.
