I don't own Sweet Caroline by Neil Diamond. That was one of my favorite song that Puck sang in glee.

"To be the third party for us." I said and sat down at a picnic table. I looked at them. Quinn sat by me. Finn sat by Noah.

"So..." Finn said looking at him.

"So you told your mother?" Quinn asked.

"Yes before Rachel can and got me." Noah said.

"How did she react?" Finn asked.

"She was okay I think. She didn't yell at me." Noah said.

"Hey Rachel. Who is watching little diva?" Quinn asked looking at me.

"Noah's mother. I thought let her have some time with her grandchild." I said.

"Okay. So can we talk about what we are really doing here?" Quinn asked looking at both me and Noah.

"You two are here to be the third party for me and Noah. I want to talk about what are you going to do to help or am I going to do this alone." I said.

"You told me earlier that you don't need help." Noah looked at me. "Why do you want me to help now?" He asked me.

"I know that I do need help. I am sorry for saying that. I didn't mean it. But I do need to know where you stand right now." I said to him.

"It's okay. I know you have been through a lot these couple of days." Noah gave a same insuring grin. "I want to help. I want to be in her life." Noah said.

"I know you do. But I have things I need to state a few things." I said looking at him.

"What is that?" He asked me.

"You can't leave us. You can't leave her. I am not going to ask for much. Also she can't spend the night at your place and if you want to see her you have to go through me first. You just can't come and take her." I told him.

"Rachel comes on. A few of those things are stupid." He said taken back.

"So. I want is best for." I said.

"Come on Rachel can you just take a few of those things way?" He asked.

"No. I can't" I said.

"Why not?" He asked.

"I don't know if you are going to leave us or not and I rather her not get hurt." She said.

"Rachel I'm not going to leave. Just trust me." He said.

"I'm sorry but no." I said to him.

"I'm sorry but Puck I agree with Rachel on this. You don't know what she has been though. I think those terms are not arguable." Quinn said looking at him.

"Bro what do you think?" Noah asked Finn.

"I think Rachel you are just being overprotective." Finn said to me.

"Finn, you are wrong. She has been through a lot and you are agreeing with Puck on this. But luck that she doesn't take you to court for child support." Quinn said.

"Quinn I would never. I rather not go that low. I can handle this by myself with others help." I said. "So Noah do you agree to my terms?" I looked at him.

"I don't know. If I don't agree to them what would happen?" He asked me.

"I don't know what I would do but what I would do is for the best for her." I said.

"Fine I agree to the terms." He said.

"Thanks. Quinn and Finn thanks for being the third party" I said getting up.
