I then jumped and turn to see Sam and Noah. They looked at me as I jumped. Then Sam said,

"Spooked you Rach?" He asked me.

"Just a little bit." I told him.

"What's wrong babe?" Noah asked me. He knows something is bothering me. But I cannot tell him. But he knows me.

"Nothing. I am fine. Why would there be something wrong?" I asked him.

"Just wondering. Seems like something is bothering you." Noah said to me.

I looked at him. How does he know something is bothering me? I have my best act on. I just have to lie to him. Even if I hate lying to him.

"Come on. You two have football practice to get to. Why are you doing here at my locker when you are post to be at practice?" I asked them. I was trying to change the subject.

"Well, I just want to see you." Noah told me.

"That is a lie. So tell me the truth." I said looking at Noah and Sam.

"Fine. I talked to Santana. She told me what happened with you and Karofsky." Noah told me.

"That was what I thought. It was nothing." I told him.

"Are you sure Rach?" Sam asked me.

"Yes I am. Now, come on you two. Let's get you two football practice before you guys are late." I told them. Then I walked with them to the football field. I went to the bleachers and they went to practice.

When I finally got alone on the bleachers I opened the piece of paper I found that fell out of my locker when I opened it. I open the paper and read,

Good girl keeping quiet. I know that might be a hard thing to do with your big mouth. Stay out of our way and don't say a peep. Then your secret will stay between you and me.

If I want something done you will reserve a note like this in your locker. You must do what it says. If not or tell someone what is going on your little secret will be spread across the school quicker than you think. For now just stay quiet and out of our way.

I know who it was from. They did not have to sign their name. I know who it was. I wanted to clear my mind.

I was sitting there listening to my music. I was trying to pick songs ideas for the compaction. I am big on this. The song has to be perfect and right to the meaning. Nothing else. If not. I feel like I didn't give my hundred ten percent to the team.

I looked up from my spot and saw that Noah was looking at me and talking to the guys. I smiled at him. He smiled back to me.

*Noah's POV*

We got to practice right in time. Beiste was shaking her head at us. She didn't say anything so looks like were clear. We practice and then Beiste gave us a break. I walked over to my water and took a drink. Then the guys came up to me.

"What made you and Sam so late?" Finn asked me.

"I had to talk to Rachel." I told him.

"About what?" He asked looking confused.

"Don't worry about it. I haven't got the truth out yet." I told him.

"So wait. You think she was lying to us?" Sam asked me.

"Yeah. Whatever it is. She feels that he has to lie about it. But what is it? She never lies to me." I said looking up to her in the bleachers. She was listening to music. She must be looking for a song to sing for the compaction. She is big on that.

"How do you know she is lying to you?" Finn asked me.

"I just do." I told him. Then I saw Rachel caught me watching her. She smiled to me and I smiled back.
