A Jeric Tale

(Chapter 8) Prepare For Battle

"Yes of course I love you but our pack leaders..." I say putting my head down but Eric lifts my head up and says, "It doesn't matter what they say we will always love each other even if it is against a pack to love another pack wolf.."

I smile at him and he leans in to kiss me and I kiss him back. I begin to take his shirt off and he takes my shirt off and we begin going upstairs. We lay his the bed and continue kissing and it begins to get serious.

He takes my bra off and begins moving towards my lower area! I gasp and push him off of me and grab my clothes and say, "I'm so sorry but I can't!" I run downstairs quickly put my clothes on and run to my house in the rain!

"Jasmine!!" I hear Eric say running after me! I run as fast as I possibly could and enter my home and lock it before Eric came! I heard him knocking but I ignored him...

I sit down leaning on the door and I knew I couldn't let that happen because what would my pack think of me if they found out....and we would soon fight I wouldn't be able to look at him if we did the thing and then had to fight...

"Jasmine! Please open the damn door! Please!" Eric says knocking loud.. I sigh and get up and was about to unlock the door but I said no to myself..."Eric go home!" I say running upstairs and fall on my bed.

I still hear him knocking and I could tell he was getting mad he wanted to know why I left....I change, brushed my teeth and put my earbuds on and slowly fell asleep...

I woke up and heard nothing...I think Eric is gone.. I get up change, do my hair and head downstairs to make eat breakfast I make eggs and as I eat them I hear one simple knock...

I look through the peep hole and see that it is Denisse she looked worried... I quickly opened the door and I let her in. "Hey, what's wrong you seem worried.." I say sitting down on the couch.

She sits down on the couch too and says, "I found the enemies pack in the forest and they were planning that they were going to attack today and not tomorrow...I even saw Eric.."

I stay silent for a moment to think... "What did you see him do or say..?" I say to her. "He just said that he wants to take out a specific wolf..." Denisse replies..

"Could it be you...?" She asks... "Probably but we will be ready we need to warn our pack..." I sigh. "But I guess we have to drop out today cmon let's get Edwin!" Denisse says running to Edwin's house.

I follow her and we tell him what Denisse saw and we run to high school and drop out...it was hard to drop out of school but we did it...we ran to the forest and we were about to reach the cave when someone attacked me!!!

"Argh!!" I say as I get knocked onto a tree! I was bleeding in my arm but I get up and transform...I growl at the unknown wolf and jump in to attack it! Edwin and Denisse quickly transform and help me by scratching and biting the wolf!

"Guys go warn the pack I'll be fine I'll take this wolf off!" I say to them as I bite the wolf! "Okay...be careful" Edwin said running with Denisse to the cave!

"Who are you!?" I say to the unknown wolf... "Hehe I'm surprised you still don't know who I am.." they say.. it was a girl...and her voice sounded really familiar!

"Come on Jasmine how could you not know it's me? How could you not know your own best friends voice?" They say running at me! I dodge their attack and realize who it was!! "Emily!?" I say to her stepping back.

"Bravo. You finally find out! I've been on Eric's pack the whole time and Eric never loved you he was working for me to spy on you!" She says biting me hard!! "Ahh!! Emily stop!" I say scratching her right in the eye!

"Argh!!! Oh you've done it now!!" Emily says she steps away from me and howls! I hear footsteps getting near us and I start running towards my packs cave!! "Guys they are coming!!" I say out of breath!

"Everyone get ready!" My pack leader says transforming. Denisse and Edwin stand next to me and we all start heading outside... there were 17 wolves in my pack and 14 wolves on the enemies team..

We all got into position and we saw the other pack coming towards us... I saw Eric and we made eye contact...I looked away and got ready to fight! Denisse growled and Edwin got ready..

I saw the other packs leader start walking towards the middle and my pack leader started walking towards him... "Hopefully this is what you wanted.." the other pack leader says.. "Believe me this is what you wanted..." my leader says...

He growls and pushes my leader as hard as he can into a tree!!! He was unconscious!!! We began running towards them with anger and so did they!!

This means war...
