"Crud. Rein forgot to get milk..." Lukas sighed as he closed the fridge.

"What's the matter?" Anthony asked, placing his bag at the table before sitting in a chair.

"Rein forgot to get milk and since he's at the pta meeting fighting for the kids at your school to stop picking on you, I guess I have to run down to the store..." The redhead explained.

"Could I come with? I'd like to get myself something with the money I got for helping Clair with the housework!" The boy's smile could've brightened up a whole city at that point.

"Sure. Go grab your money." Then the boy ran off. The redhead was secretly patting Rein on the back for adopting the kid, as he was a definite keeper.

Later...

"Hey you ginger stud!" Lukas heard call out as he got the milk from the fridge in the grocery store.

"Please don't call me that in front of my son Python." The redhead replied as he closed the door.

"So, who's the lucky lad-" Python then looked down to see that the child wasn't an infant, but rather an 8 year old boy holding one of his dad's hands. "Nevermind on that statement."

"I see. How's everything going with Forsyth?"

"Usual. He's Forsyth as usual. Where's Rein?"

"Pta. Berkut tagged along with him."

"Let me guess, someone said that vaccines cause autism and Rein had to go and disprove that with his tiny degree in medicine."

"No... The kids won't stop hurting me." Anthony muttered before looking down.

"I see. I'll see you later, Forsyth insisted I meet him by the meat section by 4:20."

"I'm assuming it lead to weed jokes." Lukas replied.

"Yep. See ya." The bluenette then walked off.

"Uncle Python's a wierd guy." Anthony said, looking up at the redhead.

"Agreed. Now what did you want to look at?" Lukas asked.

"The art stuff."

"Alright. But no glitter."

"It's not glitter. I know how much you hate it." The two walked over to the art supplies where Anthony grabbed a 24 pack of crayons and a coloring book. The face the brunet made as he found the perfect coloring book made Lukas feel something inside. Something warm and fuzzy.

"Let's go check that out ok?" The redhead said as his child nodded in delight.</p>

Later....

"I'm home!" Reinhardt called out as he entered the door. "Dear god who knew Linda could be such an idiot..."

"Your back!" Anthony said as he jumped and clinged on to the older male. "How did it go?"

"Who knows if they actually listened?" Reinhardt replied as he ruffled the boy's hair.

"I bet your hungry since you avoided Linda's gluten free lemon squares." Lukas said as he walked in. "Mac and Cheese is done by the way."

"Aww yeah!" The brunet shouted as he got off of Reinhardt and went to go eat dinner.

"Hopefully my pleas worked." Reinhardt sighed as Lukas handed him something.

"Anthony made this for you." The redhead said. It was a page torn out from the boy's new coloring book. Despite it being colored outside the lines and random colors everywhere, Reinhardt could feel the love in it.

"I think I love this picture as much as I love you." Reinhardt said as he hugged his lover. "And that will never be a contest..."
