A Doctor Who x Reader (Companion) love story

"Here we are (Y/n), are you all set to go?" He asks with a smile while still holding your hand.

"Yep! Now, get out of here before I make you! It's supposed to be a surprise, you know!" You say, to see how he reacts, it paid off well.

*Gasp!* "I thought you would let me have at least the small courtesy of watching you work, but you don't want me here?" He says with a fake tone, gaining a small giggle out of you before you speak.

"Well, you would be welcome if you didn't know how to control the TARDIS, but sadly, you do, so yes, I don't want you here. Though, if you want, you can go to your room or do whatever, but if you go somewhere other than your room, it'll be harder to find you to let you know when to come back down here." You say triumphantly, knowing that you have him where you want him.

"Oh? Then what would you say to me being in your room? That way, you will know where I am, and it'll help you know which room is yours, but if you want to know where my room is better, I'll stay there." He says, keeping you in a tight hold. This is due to the pros of him staying in your room are that you will know where your room is better; the cons are that he'll most likely go through your stuff no matter what you say, he'll probably become bored quickly since you've nothing fun to do in there yet. Finally, he might sleep in your bed again tonight if you have him stay there. The pros of him staying in his room are that he most likely has more interesting things to do that don't involve you. There's less of a chance of him coming down to say that he's bored and wants to join you, causing him to ruin the surprise. The cons of him staying in his room could be that you will probably go there to ask him where your room is, and most likely, the temptations of his room will overtake you. You won't want to leave.

"My room, most definitely." You say, confirming it out loud as he smirks.

"Your room it is then, so I'll see you when you come to get me." He lets go of your hand and leans in to kiss you. You turn your head and make him give you a peck on the cheek instead. Now it's your turn to smirk.

"Heh, no kisses until we have our first date at least Doctor. I want there to be an amazing experience when we do and not with the whole shock factor, or you can wait longer if you ask for more than I'm willing?" You are now fully grinning.

"But we have all the time in the world! Can't we have a little fun?" He says to himself. You chuckle to yourself and subtly push him out of the room. You sonic the door closed as you had stolen his screwdriver when he tried to kiss you. "Hey! You stole my sonic screwdriver! You also locked me out of my console of my TARDIS! Rude!"

"Just go to my room, 198, right?"

"Yes, darling, don't take too long."

"All right!" You say as you hear him walking up the stairs briskly, and you turn to start taking him to your friend's house in Provo, Utah.

~Time Skip~

"Okay, let's see her before I take The Doctor to meet her." You go outside to find yourself in the backyard of Kassandra Sawyer's house, well, family house anyway; she should be out soon. Here she comes. "Kassandra!" You say before hugging her. "Hey! You look good; how long's it been?"

"Hey! I am good! It's only been a few months? You know I can never remember a thing, though you tell me, how old was I? I feel like I was 15?" She says honestly and curiously. She really can never remember anything, can she?

"Yeah, I think so. Wait, does that mean you're 16 now?! Congrats! How'd the date go?" You curiously ask as you start to remember how excited she was when asked.

"I loved it! I can't wait for my next date with him! Though he gets to plan it next time. Though it was fun planning it, he asked me, so he's doing the planning next time." You gasp in disbelief.

"Does that mean you asked him on another date already?!" Your eyes go wide in shock.

"Well, we took it one step further, we are consistently dating now! Not boyfriend/girlfriend relationship as we still need to get our lives together and date others before we can, but yeah!"

"That's great! What's his name?" You ask, hating that you still don't know even though the two of you are such good friends and tell each other everything.

"I didn't tell you? I'm such an airhead! His name is Nico! He is super cool." She tells you excitedly.

"He sounds awesome! Oh, by the way, do you want to meet The Doctor?" You smirk and watch her eyes bulge when she hears that.

"YOU, Wait, WHAT?!?! THE DOCTOR?! YOU MET THE DOCTOR?!?!?!" She yells at you, and you try to calm her down in the middle of her backyard.

"Yes, well, he kind of found out that I'm the only Time Lady/Lord left after him, so, he kind of, well, you know, wants me. He has also kissed me already."

"Wait, WHAT?!?!?! AND YOU DIDN'T TELL ME!!!!!!!! What kind of friend are you? Just kidding! I'm so happy for you! I know you love him so I won't get in your way of true love Y/n, wait, you said I could meet him?" she cocks her head to one side as she asks you inquisitively.

"Yes! I would love it if you could meet him! You know Donna Noble though, right?" You ask her awaiting her answer.

"Yeeeeees?" She says with one eyebrow raised.

"Well, he didn't like her personality, so just warning you now." You respond hastily not wanting there to be any tension.
