The next day, the war starts, but it starts a little later. After eating a hearty breakfast, my cousin and I make our way down to the woodlands of their property. We walk along a path that runs to a manmade dirt cliff. As we make our way up the cliff, I notice a dozen narrow paths running through the shrubs. I nod, they must be made for the war. I see ammo supplies littered in the paths. Also I see many tents set up at the foot of the cliffs, and on top of the cliffs. I scan the tents, and how they provide cover for the inhabitants of the cliff. I glance at my cousin.
"This is clearly an unfair advantage for the people respawning on the cliff," I say, scowling.
Ben chuckles, " I guess you'll just have to wait and see which team you're on."
I nod in annoyance. We continue making our way up the cliff's side. As we approach the top, many more tents are laid out on the flat area. I move forward studying the fence lines and paths that run down the cliff's side. I look at a dry inland cut that used to hold water. I look at the dry cut noticing many old, rusty junk appliances, good for cover. I take out my airsoft pistol situated in its holster. And fire two quick shots into the junk. They bounce off, and I nod, the junk is stable enough to deflect shots. I look ahead noticing a small clearing full of grasses that could hide a full team, armed with largely sized guns. This would be a good capture point. I notice my cousin racing towards me, beckoning me to him.
"The war us going to start in half an hour."
"We should make our way back to the house now!"
"Okay," I reply seriously, sneaking another glance at the clearing. The war was starting, I had to be fast if I would reach the clearing.
