Jack was frozen stiff finding himself awaiting Pitches answer. However Pitch just simply led him on making him torture himself emotionally. "Where is she". Jack said gritting his teeth harshly." Last time we met you and your precious guardians defeated me,but now the tables have turned and I'm giving you a choice Jack. You can either save your pretty little believer and those guardians,or you can come and get your sweet Winter. Well that's before she comes over to my side". He said creating a terribly fearing choice for Jack. He then dissapeared back into the dark shadows from where he once came. Jack instinctively ran towards him but however was too late." No Winter". He whispered.
The wind blasted in Jack's face as he flew like a meteorite threw the sky an back to the guardians and Summer, where he found them sat slow he weakly." North,I know where we can find Winter". He said confidently. The guardians approached a dark alley interference two large houses where they found a old wooden bed:the bark was split and snapped in most places but it was what lay beneath it that gained their attention. A large hole surrounded by black lay under the see-through bed Jack was the first one to leap in shortly after him each of the guardians soon followed. The atmosphere turned dark and creepy as the appearance of Pitches lair seemed to make the guardians alert and ready for anything well that's what they thought....
Jack's grip on his staff tightend as he and the guardians crept deeper and deeper into Pitches evil lair. Th air around them went silent as the surrounding shadows seemed to move constantly. Then a soft noise echoed from the darkness and then a soft but yet cruel voice came from in front of them. Next a outline of a young woman Jack's age appeared from the gloomy shadows. It was Winter!. Her hair had now transformed from a pure white to a jet black, her once peaceful eyes were now a harsh and deadly golden yellow." Winter". Jack whispered in shock and disbelief. His its instantly weakened as the strength left his eyes.
The guardians gasped in shock as they looked upon Winter and her dark evil dress. "What's wrong Jack are you afraid". A male voice said. Pitch emerged from behind Winter once more with that sly smerk on his face." Winter, why don't you show Jack just what you can do". Pitch said looking at her Winter didn't reply but nodded her head in an understanding manner. Suddenly a dark ice shard was released from her hand it flew violently but direct through the air. The shard had a force impact on Jack knocking him back before bashing him into the wall with a loud thud. His face and eyes tightend on impact then loosened as he fell back on the cold, hard ground. Winter smiled in an evil way unaware of who she had just hurt. She turned her back to walk away but then a weak and mumbled voice spoke." W,Winter, please don't go". Winter along with the others turned to face a weak and hurt Jack his eyes were full of pain an hurt with all hi strength as he pulled forward." Winter please, I know your in there, somewhere, please". He said as if he were begging her to remember him. But Jack's words seemed to mean nothing to Winter as she once again let loose an even powerful blast than before. He let out a loud yelp as he was flung back on the ground once again by still Jack was determine as he tried so hard to get her back the way she was before. "Fight back!". Winter shouted aggressively to him. However Jack didn't bother to fight he just wanted her." Fight back, why won't you fight back!". She added." Because there's nothing left to fight for,Winter you were the only thing I ever wanted to fight for,I ,I love you". He said his voice still weak as he lay there overcome with exhaustion. Suddenly a light blue glow emerged from Winters body an soon her jet black hair turned to pure white, her once black dress had now transformed back into a peaceful blue but then...Her eyes they too had went from a vicious yellow to the dark ice blue eyes he had fallen in love with. She made her way over to him and helped him up and then their eyes met in an intertwining look." There's always something". She said in her gentle voice.
