(Y/N)'s P.O.V.

"There's no way that my eyes look like that." I rolled my eyes and then closed them, too tired to speak anymore.

Too tired to do anything, really.

I was out like a light; I heard some voices, but I didn't care.

I was exhausted.

King's P.O.V.
Y'all wasn't expecting that now were y'all?

"In all the years I've known (Y/N), she's never talked about someone named Christian." I took a sip of water as Ban gulped down his vodka ale.

"That's because she didn't want to," Meliodas said, handing a drink out to his last customer. Soon after, the customer paid and left. Meliodas was standing in front of Ban and King on the other side of the bar, polishing a glass.

Ban frowned and glared at Meliodas. "Don't you dare."

Meliodas eyed him and arched an eyebrow, then returned to his usual emotionless face. "I do what I want, Ban."

Ban quieted, and stared into his drink. I took another sip of my water. "Why doesn't she want to tell anyone?" I looked down at my hands. "Why wouldn't she tell me?" I asked quieter.

Meliodas put a hand on my shoulder, then returned to polishing the glass. He spoke in a low tone. "She hasn't told anyone; personally I would have forgotten, if I didn't know Christian." He sighed, pouring another glass of vodka ale for Ban.

"Christian wasn't someone you could just forget. He was a really good guy."

Ban cleared his throat, handing his empty glass to Meliodas. "I think I'm done for the night. I'll check on (Y/N) before I go to sleep. Good night." Without any reply from me or Meliodas, he left the room, running a hand through his hair.

Meliodas looked over at me, a 'sorry' look on his face. I arched an eyebrow, about to open my mouth when Meliodas began to speak.

"Ban doesn't like to be around when people mention Christian. He was, after all, his brother."

My jaw dropped. "Ban has a brother?!"

Meliodas tapped his forehead. "Had."

"Did he die?" I frowned, and Meliodas nodded. "Yeah," he replied. "How?" I bit my lip.

"Its better to start from the beginning," he said, stretching his arms. I nodded.

"Christian and Ban were polar opposites. Christian was generous and thoughtful, whereas Ban was a thief and and is pretty selfish." He handed me and a brandy and I shook my head. He shrugged and continued.

"Christian had tame black hair and vibrant green eyes, matched with his olive skin. Ban, on the other hand, has untamed silvery white hair, mischievous lavender eyes and pale skin. They were totally different in every way, but they took care of each other. But then they met (Y/N)." He rubbed a hand over his face.

"She's been breaking hearts all her life. She didn't try to, but things happen, you know?" He took a sip out of his brandy.

"She caught both the boys' eyes when she moved to the town that the brothers lived in... Somehow, she didn't notice. Ban and Christian began to compete against each other. They wanted to win her heart."

He sighed. "After some time, (Y/N) fell for both of them. A little sibling rivalry slowly turned into hate. Soon after the competition began, they slowly began to hate each other. They couldn't be in the same room without starting a fight. It was a shame, watching the two fight." Meliodas filled ny glass up with more water, and I quietly thanked him.

"Long story short, Christian took (Y/N) out into town and some Holy Knights decided it'd be fun to mess with (Y/N). Christian didn't like that, they fought, and, of course, the Holy Knights were too strong for Christian. They murdered him ruthlessly in front of (Y/N). I'm pretty sure that's how (Y/N) became the Wolf's Sin of Sorrow and Guilt." He shrugged.

I nodded. "I understand now. But I wish I was able to meet Nadia. (Y/N) really must've loved her."

Meliodas's face darkened. "Yeah. Poor thing was murdered by Gil when he was a little..." He waved his hand around his head, "...crazy."

I nodded again and rubbed my eyes tiredly. "Good night, captain. Sleep well."

"You too, King," He replied as I walked away.
