Deanna's POV
The hot sun was slowly fading away. The waves were smacking against the raft, which sprayed salt water onto all of us.
"This sucks," I heard Ally mumble. I turned over to face her, and winced in pain when my purple bruise skimmed the surface of the raft.
Ally's eyes were puffy and red. Either she was allergic to salt water, or she has been crying.
"The rescue planes will come soon," I faintly smiled at her. She pouted and gazed up at the dark sky.
"I don't remember the last thing I said to my parents," Ally sniffled. I ran my hand down her back to try to condolence her.
I too, don't remember what I said last to my mom. It was probably us fighting.
I wonder if she knows that our plane has crashed. How long has it been? An hour?
Why aren't the reduce boats here yet?
Not knowing the answer to that question made me feel uneasy. I rolled back to my right side and dipped my hand in the water. The raft was moving slowly, brushing against the cold waves. I wanted to close my eyes and fall into a deep sleep, but I was worried that I wouldn't ever wake up.

Ally's POV
I think I'm going insane. The lack of water and food is making my mind feel hazy.
I mean, I was counting the stars. Not like in a cute way. Like in a creepy psychotic way.
"100,101,102,103..."
You know what? I feel Rose from Titanic. Like sitting on the stupid door (which obviously could've fit both of them). It wasn't fair how she let Leo die in the freezing water. If the boy has a nice face, he has to live.
Period.
When I return home, all the kids at school will be jealous about my encounter with Harry Styles. I mean, the situation was kinda extreme, but it's better than paying $9,000 for m&g tickets. But maybe take out the plane crash part.
I'm actually really proud of myself right now. Harry is sleeping right next to me, and I'm not taking pictures of him and posting them on twitter.
Too bad my phone is at the bottom of the ocean.
Gosh this really sucks. Not the part when Harry's hand is 'accidentally' touching my arm. That is some cool shiznit. I looked over at the snoring Harold.
His shirt was tattered, and his jeans were ripped. Now he might actually breathe in those things. He has better legs than the entire senior class.
It's sad because it's true.
I'm weird.
I was on my 123rd star when I heard a big splash and a scream. I sprung up from where I was lying down and looked around. Harry woke up startled.
"What's wrong?" He yawned.
It was pitch black, with only the moon giving me the slightest amount of light.
"What was that?" Niall rubbed his eyes as he sat up.
I bit my lip and looked around the raft.
"Didn't you hear that big splash?"
Everyone was up now, and we were all curious on what woke us up.
Was it a shark? A whale? A dolphin? If it was a dolphin, we could probably hitch hike on their dorsal fins and return home.
"Guys... where's Liz?" Deanna asked.
I whipped my head around to where Liz was last seen, but she was gone.
I started to panic.
"Oh my god," I mumbled.
I swiftly got up and dived into the icy waters.
My mind was racing. How did Liz fall off the raft? Did she roll off while she was sleeping?
I broke the surface and screamed Liz's name.
The ocean was now still. I looked around in terror.
"LIZ!" I shrieked. After all this, this is how it ends for Liz.
We survived a freaking plane crash.
If Liz can survive that, she has to be able to survive this.
Suddenly, I head a gasp of air come from behind me. I turned around, and sighed with relief when I saw Liz frantically splash around in the water. I paddled over to her and linked my arm underneath her shoulder.
"What happened?" Liz said drowsily.
"Everything's okay," I told her.
"That's not what I asked," She mumbled into my shoulder. I laughed and began to swim back to the raft.

Harry's POV
I didn't even know Ally jumped into the water. She did it without hesitation. I stared at her amazed as she did powerful strokes to her drowning friend.
I should've been the one that jumped into the water and impressed her. I wanted her to feel that being around me means being safe. Since we are in the middle of the ocean with no rescue planes in sight.
I was brought back to reality when I saw Ally help Liz onto the raft. Liam rushed to Liz's side and laid her down carefully in the middle of the raft.
"Is she going to be okay?" Deanna choked. Liam placed his hand on her forehead and checked her pulse.
"I think she's gonna be fine," He said. We all let out a breath that we've been holding in for a long time.
"Any help here?" Ally said while hopelessly dangling on the side of the raft. I let out my arm and in one swift motion, I pulled her up.
"Thanks," She shivered. Without thinking, I pulled Ally in a big hug. She was shocked at first, but soon relaxed in my arms. We slowly hunkered to the ground, still in each others grasps. She soon stopped shivering and fell asleep with her head laying on my chest. I closed my eyes.
Dreaming that when I woke up, dozens of helicopters will be surrounding us, letting down rescue ladders.
But I also didn't want to leave this spot. With this beautiful girl sleeping next to me, all nuzzled up.
Hopefully when the time comes, and we get rescued, we wouldn't be separated.
Maybe if I'm lucky, I will still be holding onto her in years from now.
If I'm lucky.
