Harry's POV

I have never been so relieved in my life. When Liam spotted the island about a half mile away, everyone started to go hectic. We all dipped our hands in the water and started to paddle like our lives counted on it. I focused my gaze on the green blob ahead of us, and noticed how big it was. Maybe there was a hotel on it? With some fruit smoothies, warm towels, and a hot tub?

I would very much like that.

"We are almost there!" Liz shrilled, and continued to smack the clear blue water with her hands.

For the next 20 minutes, we paddled in utter silence. The only sounds that we were made were the low noises of our heavy breaths. My heart was pounding through my chest. I was also so exhausted. It was hard to get some sleep with Ally literally sprawled on top of me. And the fact that we were lost somewhere in the Pacific. My mind was spinning with all these unanswered questions. First of all, did people even know the plane was missing? Like, did my parents know? Or at least did they know that I was alive?

What if they thought I was dead? My stomach churned at the thought. My mother would be heartbroken. And what about Gemma? I mean, I am her brother.

What about the fans?

Oh shit.

The fans.

Thinking about thousands and thousands of fans shattered and heartbroken all over the world breaks me up inside. At least they have Zayn.

Ah shit, Zayn.

He must be an emotional mess. This sucks so bad right now.

Suddenly, Liam slid off the raft and into the water.

Ally's POV

"Do you want a piece of gum?" Harry turned over to me, holding a packet of mint flavored trident gum.

"Uh... sure?" I took one of the pieces and unraveled the paper. I cringed when I put it in my mouth; it tasted horrible.

"So, why did you follow Deanna to the party?" Harry leaned back on his seat. I shifted uncomfortably in my own seat. I hated being asked questions.

"I don't know, Deanna said it was going to be fun, and I was too afraid to say no," I mumbled and took a sip of my diet coke.

"Were you afraid of what Deanna would think?" Harry raised an eyebrow.

"No... I just thought that if I didn't go, I would miss out," I shrugged.

Harry chuckled. "I think it would've been better if you missed out,"

I scoffed and agreed.

"But you know, being on an airplane is way better than taking a wild safari," I joked.

I hope he caught my horrible sarcasm.

Suddenly, Niall rushed up next me.

"Hey, do you mind if I sit here?" He pleaded.

"Why? Did Deanna scare you away?" I laughed. He shook his head and sat down in the empty seat next to me.

"I tried to make a move on her, and it ended abruptly and I deserve a smack in the face for it," He sighed and buckled his seat belt.

"And now I'm too scared to see what she says when she wakes up from her nap," He continued.

"Yeah... don't go on too strong with Deanna," I patted him on the shoulder. He laughed hesitantly.

"And by the end of this trip, I was hoping I would get her-"

All of the sudden, the plane jolted forward. I collided my head with Harry's and we both winced.

Gosh, that hurt. "Are you okay?" Harry touched my throbbing head to see if there was a bump.

"Yeah, I'll be-"

The plane then started to thrash back and forth, making my headache even worse.

oh my god.

this isn't happening.

The flight attendants were running down the aisles, telling everyone to stay seated.

"Is this actually happening?" Niall fastened his seat belt tighter. I followed his action.

As the engines of the plane were roaring, I started to zone out. Too much was happening in such little time. I could hear the pilots faint voice in the back if my head, but I ignored what he was saying.

I didn't even notice that the air simulators fell onto us until Harry was forcefully trying to put one around my head. That's was when I started to cry.

"Ally, don't cry, just take deep breathes," Harry's muffed voice pleaded me as his mask started to fog up.

Shit, this was happening.

I peaked over at Niall, who was gazing in the direction of Deanna.

"I shouldn't have left her," He mumbled and adjusted his mask.

All I remember seeing was a big dash of light slicing through the plane, and when it cut the plane in half, I remember started to fall. By that time I had my eyes closed shut. I wasn't going to want to see this.

"Liam what are you doing?" Louis asked him.

"I can touch the bottom," He pointed to the white sand and his feet.

We then all slid off the raft and helped Liam bring the yellow raft to shore.
