Jungkook's POV
Two days after I asked y/n out, I met up with my band mates.
"Hyungs what should I do for my second date?"
"Wait a second, you have a girlfriend and we never met her?" Jimin asks looking offended.
"Yeah, you should let us meet her," Jin said.
"Sorry hyungs," I lower my head, embarrassed.
"Tomorrow we are going to the ice cream parlor down town, bring her with and meet us at noon," Namjoon spoke up.
"Okay," I nod.The next day when I go to y/n's house to pick her up, I find her dressed up waiting for me on her porch.
"Jungkook!" She squeals running up to me, she hugs me, burying her head in my chest, I wrap my arms around her, resting my chin on her head.
"Are you ready?" I whisper to her. She nods.
Her mom steps out on the porch, "Jungkook, how have you been?" She leans against the railing.
"I've been good ma'am, how have you and the rest of the family been?"
"Good, well I better let you two go, and Jungkook....?" She trails off.
"Yes ma'am?"
"Take care of y/n for me," she turns around, already knowing my answer.
"I will."At the ice cream parlor y/n looks nervous, "Jungkookie, do I look okay?"
I pretend to look her up and down and think, "No," she frowns, "you look beautiful," I finish. She grins, "when are they getting........" she suddenly trails off and looks over my shoulder. I turn around to see Jimin and Taehyung run up, "y/n! What are you doing here?"
"She's my girlfriend," I said
Their eyes light up, "you finally told her you liked her?" Hoseok asks, walking up.
She looks at them, "you guys knew?" She asks quietly.
"Yes, but we didn't say anything because it was Jungkook's job to," Yoongi said just as quietly.
"Go sit by your girlfriend Jungkook, where are your manners?" Namjoon scolds.
I grin, and go sit by her, the others pull up another table and we order ice cream, y/n choose her favorite (whatever your favorite flavor of ice cream is), and I had the same. After we finished eating, we decided to go to the arcade to hang out. Y/n and I chose to walk because it wasn't that far, and there wasn't much room in the van with the others.
"Jungkookie," she says timidly.
"Yes?" I ask, curious about what she has to say.
"Why did you tell them that you liked me before you told me?" She asks looking down.
I turn to her, "I didn't tell them," I paused, "they figured it out by themselves."
"Oh," she said quietly, "I never even noticed," she looked down.
"It's okay, I never noticed you liked me," I whispered.
