I watched my cat and my brothers chihuahua playing in the floor while I did my homework listening to music. That was one trait I had that my big brother didn't have. I was a great multitasker. Speaking of my brother he just FaceTimed me. We didn't talk much since he worked for the FBI and always had a case. So when he called I immediately answered.
"Hey bro!"
"Hey sis. Your excited."
"I haven't gotten to talk to you in three weeks."
"I know I'm sorry."
"No don't apologize. I think it's super cool that you get to spend your days saving lives."
"Yea."
He looks over his shoulder and back to me.
"Oh I gotta go."
"Okay."
"Love you."
"Love you too."
He hung up and I went back to doing my work.

Spencer Reid's POV

I hung up the phone call with my sister right before Morgan came in and told me we were meeting in the conference room. We went into the conference room and it was a case about a serial killer killing women in their late 40s to early 50s. I could feel myself turning pale as my stomach flipped. After we were briefed I left the room quickly.

Derek Morgan's POV

Reid looked really uncomfortable in the briefing so afterwards I stopped him.
"Hey Reid what's up?"
"Nothing," he said not making eye contact and heading towards his office.
I followed him because Reid always made eye contact when talking to someone.
"Pretty boy what's going through that genius brain?"
He turned in his doorway and looked at me.
"My mom is in her late 40s and my sister is home with her."
"Woah you have a sister! How come I didn't know this?"
"No one does."
He shut the door and I walked down to the floor where everyone had gathered. Even Hotch.
"Did you guys know Reid has a sister?"
Their mouths dropped with surprise.
"I take that as a no."
Just then Hotch got a call.
"Our unsub has struck again."
"Where," JJ asked.
"953 Oak Lane Drive."
"Guys," I said realization hitting me," that's Reid's mom's house."
