The Fancy Dance

Hello everyone! Including this chapter, there will be nine more chapters of this story! It's this chapter, seven chapters dedicated to the lover of your choice and then the finale! I'm so excited yet nervous, this was one of my first stories; it's been a long and enjoyable journey. This will be a rather short chapter as it's leading up to more important things!

The preparations for the dance has been absolutely bizarre, everyone has been rushing around; wanting to get everything done. Not only do you have to sing, you also have to dance as well. You don't mind of course, you're doing the two things that you love - apart from (Y/C). That's totaaallllyyyyy a joke.

The day has finally come, the school has been decorated just to promote this fancy as dance. The clock has jut struck five, which is when the art display is open to the public. The art from various of students are displayed, the best of the best, of course. You don't know anyone who does art, however, you've seen various of works and each of them are absolutely beautiful.

The dance is going to start at five-thirty, you couldn't even change into your gown just yet. You first have to wear the clothes that you will be dancing in. Then finally you will be able to wear your beautiful (F/C) gown.

Just before you had freshened up and returned to school, your makeup is done and you have everything that you need for tonight. You've seen all of the host club members however you haven't been able to associate with them just yet, it made you rather upset, you want to speak with (Y/C) before your perform.

~Time Skip~

You prepare to dance, the soft muttering of your class mates made you rather relieved. No one is really nervous, many of the dancers are more pumped than nervous. This will be one of your performances, you are rather proud that this act is opening up first. You will be the one ending it with your beautiful voice along with a catchy song.

The crowd screams as soon as the dance team make their way onto their stage. Everyone just dances their heart out, making sure to stay in tempo and in time with the others. It is absolutely beautiful and you know that you are extremely proud of this. Especially since there has not been much practice!

After the dance has finished, you make your way towards the changing room to freshen up once more and to change into your gown. You change from your dance clothes into your beautiful (F/C) gown. You adorn the dress with matching accessories, shoes and clutch. You make your way towards the grand hall, the place is absolutely beautiful. Everyone is dancing to the music, and simply enjoying their time. You look around for (Y/C), however frown. The host club soon pops out of nowhere.

"You guys always manage to scare me." You laugh as you press your hand against your beating heart.

All of the host members just stare at you, no one muttering a word.

"Is there something on my face?" You question, reaching up to your face - feeling self-conscious all of a sudden.

"There's nothing on your face (Y/N)." Haruhi reassures which makes you smile.

"You just look marvelous." Hikaru smirks as he looks you up and down. Not in the perverted sense, just to look at your beautiful dress that fitted you perfectly.

"Oh, thank you." You blush softly which makes everyone curse Hikaru in their heads.

After a little while, each member slowly left until one is left there with you. Soft music is playing in the background, "(Y/N), may I please have this dance?"
