David's POV
"Didn't I just get off the phone with you?" Mommy chuckled. "I told ....." She was cut off by Leif. Mommy just 30 minutes ago was telling him that Justin had been released. I may not have liked Lillian personally, but one of my best friends was in love with her, that reason alone I cared for her. No one not even my enemies deserve to be stalked. We're still searching for Azalea's. Maybe I should start searching for one of my own. If I have one maybe there's a connection, it could narrow things.
"Okay, do you have the tracker number?" Tracker number, why, oh no, Lillian. I wish I was hearing the entire conversation.
"Leif, stay put. Your house is now a crime scene. We need to take pictures, see if we can get fingerprints and interview you. Give me the number. Does she know she has one?"
"Here it is... M, as in Mom, 5, 4, 9, 6, D, as in David, L, as in Lillian, P, as in Princess and 1." Mommy put the phone on speaker while she was typing it into a computer. As soon as she was done she took it off again. I hope I get to go with her. Dropping me off at home wastes valuable time.
"Leif, turn it off. If you look at it you'll be tempted to go yourself. I'm serious, stay put. I'm going to send Zoey, she's a good CSI." I had met Zoey. She was also a little at home. She would know what was relavent to the case. "I need the physical evidence to build on Justin's arrest. I'm heading that way myself. Lilly knows me, she'll know I'm there for her, that you called me. Calm down. The best thing for you to do is stay at home. What if she gets loose and makes it back to the house but you're not there?" Mommy told him to stay put. Then hung up on him.
Quickly, mommy swung the car around, switching on the sirens. I loved the sirens, I started bouncing in my seat. "David, change of plans. Out of absolute necessity you are coming with me. You are to stay in the car, no matter what happens. If shooting starts get to the floor."
"Yes, mommy. Where going?"
"Lillian was kidnapped." I knew that it had to be. "See that red dot?"
"Yes, mommy."
"She's there. We're the blue dot. When they are on top of each other then we found her. I'll need you to hold and comfort her up here."
"Yes, mommy. I hope we find her."
"So do I." Mommy said. She called the precinct saying she had a break in a case and was heading toward the evidence and no backup was needed. Then calling Zoey directly, she told her the situation. The car then became silent. Getting within the block, Mommy allowed me to turn off the sirens. The dot hadn't moved. She's either in a building or her boots we're thrown out. I saw Lillian struggling with Justin. We had found her. Mommy jumped out of the car. I wanted to help, but mommy told me to stay inside. "Stop, police." Mommy pulled her gun. I loved it when she was in her full police mode, it was so sexy. Mommy wore her uniform for me a few times. She was sizzling. Justin dropped Lillian, raising his hands. He said something. Mommy slowly approached, patting him down. She pulled a gun, then she started laughing. Mommy said something again, but I couldn't hear. Lillian started heading towards me. Mommy nodded at me. I opened the door pulling her in.
"Lillian, I'm going to call your daddy." She started crying, nodding furiously for me to do that. He didn't answer. I next called Aspen, all I said was, "Lillian was kidnapped." He hung up on me. I hope he's at least heading to Leif's. I held her like the boys did for me before I had my mommy. She was crying into my shoulder.
We had to pass Leif's house to get to the precinct. There were so many people there. Mommy quickly turned in. Good she's taking Lillian home. As we get closer I see Leif in the back of a squad car. What happened? Lillian can't see this.
"Do you want to know how we found you?" Her head nodded. "Your daddy had a tracker put in your boots. My mommy got the number. See this red dot?" I pointed to the same screen where two blue dots now were. She looked slightly, giving me the same type of nod. "That's you. The blue are police. We just drove to the red dot. Boom, there you were." She smiled.
Mommy entered the car pulling out an evidence bag, leaving the door open so we could hear. "Called the station. In fact, five times since, oh will you look at that, he was released just last night. There is also a personal cell number to a Detective Williams. Called at 40 minutes ago. I think we know who the real criminals are. You have the right to sue for wrongful arrest." When we heard that Lillian started struggling so hard that I had to release her.
"I'd hate to do that, it would affect you and you're a good egg. Also, he never read me my rights, therefore, I wasn't technically arrested."
"Leif, thank you, so much. That was so smart. Can we get trackers put in everything?" I was impressed she was definitely in little space, you could tell by the voice, but managed to sound so grown up and not act little. Just a few seconds ago she was a baby. I knew she could flip fast, but that was insane.
"Thank god, you're okay. Baby, I will put trackers in your skin if you want me to." Her little hand covered her mouth. Grabbing Leif's hand they entered the house as the CSIs were leaving. Mommy sent me inside to comfort and help. I called and lied to my parents about staying with mommy because I'm not allowed to stay with any of my friends because they're kinky, 'that's why I got into it.' They wish. I'll deal with that later.
I entered, knowing Lillian needed a diaper change, that must be where they were. Pulling out a bottle, I filled it with milk. Starting to warm it, Leif came out carrying Lillian . He looked at me not saying a word. I handed him the bottle. Mommy left saying she would call me as soon as she could. Meaning it could be a few days. I pouted only slightly. Lillian and Leif were the ones to worry about. The bottle was finished, all the law officers were gone, the only signs were the finger print powder and the trampled yard. Answering a knock, I found Aspen. I was relieved, I didn't know what to do. He immediately took over.
When I was finished with the room I was sent to clean, I went downstairs to see them watching 101 Dalmatians. Leif needed security, I started looking up and purchasing the appropriate kit for his tiny house. I liked it. Definitely fun, but I could never LIVE here.
The movie finished before, I forgot I spoke up. "I got you a security system. It'll be installed tomorrow. Mommy said if either of them get out of jail, she'll be right over to provide protection." I had gotten a text while cleaning. Leif just nodded his head. I'm not sure how much he was actually hearing. He stood taking a tired, clingy Lillian with him.
Aspen made sure that both Azalea and I were in bed, then he laid on the floor. The next morning he was up early just like always making breakfast for us. It was funny watching Leif almost fall coming down then going back up the steps from his sleepiness.
In school, the kidnapping was all any of us could talk about. I of course knew the most details especially since Leif didn't show up. He even left before us. Axel said he was taking today, so at least we would know if they were safe.
