BROOKES POV

"Brooke wake up your flight leaves in a hour. we need to get to the airport in 30 minuets." Grandpa was shaking me awake.

"mornin!" I say yawning.

"good morning, I'll make breakfast hurry on and get ready" he says and exits my room. I throw on black skinnies, a Nirvana shirt, and Jared's Sweatshirt. it still smelt like him. although they did give me all their ax's. I didn't take any bag with me because what's the point in that. I brushed my teeth and my hair then went downstairs. grandpa fixed pancakes which we ate before heading to the airport. I pulled out my phone to text Austin.

I chuckle and was about to put my phone away when it buzzes again. I said goodbye to grandpa before checking it.

I turn my phone off before going threw security check and boarded the plane.

"New Mexico here I come" I say before plugging my headphones into my phone, turning it on airplane mode and drifting to sleep.

JACKS POV

I smile after reading Brooke's text and deciding on not replying, she need to get on the plane not reply to my texts.

"awe is someone smiling at texts from his lover?" Alex asks nudging my arm.

"shuddup Alex she doesn't even like me" I blush. why am I blushing? ew.

"hmm really cus I remember her burying her head in your chest cus she was scared, hugging you, and you two were flirting up a storm last night." he says with a matter of fact tone. i shift uncomfortably.

"exactly" he says and goes back to playing COD. one question was on my mind, did I like Brooke?

ALANS POV

Austin wouldn't stop bouncing in the seat, it's a wonder how he didn't crash the car.

"Aus calm down, it's been a day" I laugh.

"I know but she made the team and I get to see her and I'm really happy."

I just laugh again and turn the music up louder. we get to the airport and Austin quickly parks the car. he jumps out and runs into the airport. he plane landed a minuet ago and since she had no luggage she should be out any time now. hopefully or Austin will lose his shit.

"BROOKE?!" Austin shouts and people glare. a head whips around and it's Brooke she looks around and spots Austin fast. I mean, he's kinda hard to miss, over 6 foot guy, tattoos. they run to each other and hug, like something out of a movie. he lifts her off the ground. goddamn, for two people who only have known each other for 2 weeks they have a strong daddy, daughter relationship. it's like they're actually blood.
