~Dan's POV~
You sighed in relief. If Y/N had left, it would have added to that void inside of you. You had been so unhappy when you were younger. Phil had made things better. He was your best friend. Now all you needed was someone to be your 'the one'. All the phans wanted that person to be Phil, but you weren't gay. Admittedly, if you were gay, Phil would be your first choice.
You watched as Y/N dropped her stuff and waved to Lexi as the cab drove her to the airport. You turned to Phil and saw him staring at the taxi. He looked lost and confused. You knew that look. That was your look when you were in front of the mirror thinking about Y/N not being 10 minutes from your flat. You wanted to talk to him. You wanted to comfort him, but you knew that it wouldn't help. He needed to work this through on his own. He needed to figger out his feelings.
Y/N turned to look at you. She had a huge smile plastered on her face. Pure joy lit up her eyes. You sucked in a breath as she met your eyes with hers. The smile slid from her face and was replaced with the same longing that you knew was on your own face. You knew then that you had a chance. A chance to experience the love that Y/N could give you. A chance to have that miracle.~Phil's POV~
You watched the cab drive off. Effectively watching your chance at true happiness drive off. Everyone thought you were always happy no matter what. That wasn't true. You were a human being. You felt emotions and sadness was one of those emotions. You had been feeling stressed and overwhelmed recently with all that had occurred. YouTube was not an easy job like most people assumed. It was a lot of work to plan, set up, film, edit, and post a single video. You had been trying to post more often and the burden of it had fallen hard on your shoulders.
Then Lexi had shown up. You hadn't spent much time with her. Very little, in fact, but Dan hadn't spent much time with Y/N either. Yet he already knew he wanted to get to know her better, and not as friends. He wanted to get to know her while she was his girlfriend. He didn't want any other guy to get the chance to cone in and take her from him. And you felt the same about Lexi. But you weren't brave like Dan was. You hadn't had the courage to ask her to stay. You had chickened out. Now she was gone. Headed off for the airport to fly out of your life. It seemed you weren't lucky enough this time to get the miracle.--------------------------------------------------
A/NSorry for the shorter chapters recently. My job is keeping me crazy busy. Between that and trying to stay caught up on videos, I've got very little time to write. I will be making time from now on. I want to keep writing this and I have plans for a sequel for Phil. Expect longer chapters more often. Thank you guys.
