The Crew Before They Knew

Chapter 3

All I have to say is..... get ready for some weird stuff.....
Emma's POV-
I was getting ready for my date with Nick when I got his text saying he was leaving and to meet him there like we planned. So when I was ready I snuck out the house and went to AppleBees. I saw him waiting for me and joined him at the table. We ate and talked. It was really fun! We agreed to keep this a secret. I hope Mat and Dawn don't find out......
~One month later~
Nick and I have been going on secret dates for about a month now and the Agency has given us (as in her, Dawn, and Mat) small missions. We're still waiting for our next mission to come in. Anyway it's my turn to plan the date. And I have everything ready. I sent a text to Nick saying to pack a bag with clothes and other things and then meet me at the park. I went to the park and waited for him. "Hey, Emma!" I heard him say from behind me. I got up off the bench and hugged him. "Hey, Nick!" I pulled out a blind fold and put it over his eyes. I grabbed his bag and his arm and lead him to a nearby hotel. I booked a room for us. I went up to the room with him and set his stuff on the bed. I took the blindfold off of him and he looked around. "Why are we here?" he asked. "I wanted to do something..... the last boyfriend I had wanted me for my money.... so I decided to make sure that it wasn't like that with you." I said, not looking him in the eye until the end. "I assure you that I'm not doing this for money." he told me gently. "I need to make sure....." I said to him. "Whatever makes you feel better." he said as he sat down on the floor. I grabbed my bag and sat with him. I took out a bottle filled with pills. I took one out and gave it to him. "Take it." I said. He looked at me hesitantly but did it anyway. I looked him in the eyes. "Do you love me?" I asked him. "Of course! More than anything! I would give up anything to be with you!" he said without hesitation before he covered his mouth in shock. I smiled happily, he did love me. "What just happened....? I meant everything I said but I don't understand....." he said, still in shock. "It's called a drug test it's like an extremely powerful truth serum." I told him. He suddenly looked worried. Before I could say anything he took one of the pills out of the bottle and stuck into my mouth, forcing me to swallow. I looked at him angry. "What did you do that for?!" I asked. "I don't know I panicked and it was like my body was on autopilot!" he said panicking more. I took a deep breath and gained back my composure and he did the same. "Well let's have some fun with this I guess...." he said. I looked him straight in the eye and asked, "Are you Zres the spy and/or hitman?" "Yes." he said before freaking out again. "I am Cat." I said to him. He stopped freaking out and looked at me. "Doesn't that mean we need to be enemies? I don't want to be your enemy! I love you!!!" Nick said, slightly upset. I looked at him I could feel the drug taking full effect. You see if your not given the cure it starts to act like an actual drug. I couldn't stop myself, I felt my ears and tale appear and I curled up next to him, purring slightly. He looked at me confused then smiled. I smiled back. "Are you willing to sacrifice part of your humanity for me?" I asked. "Of course I am." he responded. I got up and went to my bag, I pulled out a syringe and I brought it over to him. I injected it into him. He yelled in agony and there was a flash of light. After the light faded he was there with bat wings and fangs, his skin slightly paler than before. Everything was turning blurry and dark. "Come here kitty." Was the last thing I heard before everything went black.
