One week later.
Ashlie's POV-
It was the middle of the night. We got a call from the Agency saying we needed to steal a special gem that grants endless power. When we got there we saw the other spies. Everyone apparently wanted the gem. But it felt as though there was something different about two of them. I think they were Zres and Comics. FG grabbed Strings and said, "One more step and I'll blow her brains out!" ending with his famous crazy laugh. I could've sworn I heard Comics growling. But while we were distracted someone else stole it. I stared in awe. Zres had taken it and was about to give it to Cat when he stopped himself. But then Riku took it and ran at inhuman speed. Comics knocked out FG and was about to go after Strings but she and Cat were already gone. I grabbed FG and booked it.
Nick's POV-
When Jester and I got back to the house he locked the door. He turned towards me and I gulped. "What was that?!?! Why were you trying to give the gem to the enemy?!?! What is wrong with you?!?!" he yelled. "I don't know! She probably had me in a trance!" I said, thinking fast. He groaned angrily. "Ever since you went on that "trip" you've been acting different! What happened there that changed you?!?!" he asked, getting angrier. I got to scared. I used my speed to get out of there and snuck into Emma's room. When she came in she locked the door. "What happened?" she asked, worried. "Jon kept asking about what happened that night. He kept saying I was acting different. I'm worried. What if he finds out about us? What if he finds out about you?!?!" I said, starting to panic. She thought for a moment. "I have an idea. You just need to be willing to never see Jon again. Only when you are on missions with us will there even be a chance of seeing him." she said as she looked me in the eyes. "I'm doing it to protect him and you. So yes." I said. She told me the plan, it was genius. We snuck into my room and set everything up. When we finished we went back to her house. I went into the guest room that was in the basement and made myself at home. Emma and I have been training. I can turn into full bat if I want to. So I will probably do that when I'm checking on Jon. Now all we have to do is wait.
