I felt Brandon's chest vibrate as he spoke up,

"Hey..." Brandon said

"What?" I questioned him, is still hugging

"I have a question for you." He replied

"And that is?"

"How do you feel about Austin?" He asked pulling away from me

I took a step back and put my finger in my ear and moving it around a little to see if I heard him right

"What?" I asked, giggling nervously

"Don't play dumb. You heard me." He said crossing his strong arms arms

"Doesn't everyone already know how I feel?" I scoffed

"I'm his bestfriend. I need to know one hundred percent how you feel." Brandon replied

I sighed and went to sit back down in the seat I was sitting in previously

Brandon followed my lead and sat down in his chair too but spun around so he was facing me

"Well?" He asked me, waiting for me to begin talking

"I don't understand why I have to explain myself when it's clearly obvious." I awkwardly chuckled

"Just tell me." Brandon said rolling his eyes, clearly getting frustrated

"Ok to be honest with you, since you just won't give up, I've never had a real boyfriend." I said

"You've never had a boyfriend?!?" Brandon quietly exclaimed, leaning forward in his chair

"No no! I have!" I said and he exhaled deeply, sinking into his chair and becoming less tense once those words left my mouth

"I just... I don't consider them a real boyfriends.  Well... more like ex boyfriends." I said and he nodded

"Why though?" Brandon asked, raising his eyebrow

"Just shitty relationships. Childish too. I don't consider them boyfriends I just consider them wastes of my time." I said causing Brandon to gasp then start laughing

"Such a savage. Damn, teach me your ways." He chuckled

"Can't." I said flipping my hair jokingly

"Go on with your story though." He said and I slowly nodded

"I'm really scared to get into another relationship but the thing is, it's so hard because I really do like Austin to answer your question.  I like him so so much. And one of the relationships I had, we rushed into and it was... terrible." I said

"We all know Austin would never do anything to hurt you-" I cut Brandon off before he could continue what he was saying

"I know but still. We kind of just met each other anyway. We don't even fully know everything about eachother and-" now this time it was Brandons turn to cut me off

"You're rambling." He stayed then continued, "I think you're just so worried that what happened in your past relationship or relationships will happen again. Because of that, you're missing out on something good here." Brandon said to me causing me to go silent for a couple minutes until I decided to speak up

"It's not like he's asked me out yet. So I'm not missing out on anything." I shrugged

"I'm just saying..." he replied, turning and looking at the wall

"Does he like me?" I asked, shifting so that now I was at the edge of my seat

"I can't say." Brandon smirked, looking at me again

"Hey!" I quietly exclaimed, getting up off my chair and hitting Brandon's chest as I looked down at him, "I told you how I feel! I deserve to know how he feels!"

"I never said that if you tell me I'll tell you." Brandon replied standing up and winking

"Peace our Girl Scout." He said to me as he began walking away

"That's the gayest thing if ever heard you say." I replied with an eye roll

"Gay is ok you homophobe." He chuckled at my remark

"Am not!!! I had several gay bestfriends in my life and I still have a couple currently! Stop making me sound like a bad person you twat!"

"Watch your profanity... homophobe." He said after taking a long pause, his smirk extending

"Mmmm." I growled, clearly annoyed at his words

An idea then popped in my head

I ran after Brandon and before he was too far out of the music room, I grabbed his arm and yanked him back

This sudden action caused Brandon to begin stumbling backwards, almost falling to the ground

"Woah here!" He exclaimed causing me to laugh

My outburst made a smile slowly plaster itself on Brandon's face

"What do you need now?" He chuckled

"I wanna bargain with you." I said crossing my arms and smirking

"What, are you offering me something just so I can tell you how Austin feels about you?" He asked

"Duh." I replied, rolling my eyes

Brandon and I stood there in silence as he was thinking

"Ok. I'm listening." He suddenly spoke up causing my lips to be pulled into a smirk
