One had fathomed
there were times we were
Just mistaken.
If things had changed
This wouldn't happen
If things were different
We would have had fun
There was pain which
Became unbearable
There were arguments that
Were unstoppable
If only we realised the
Happiness we had
If only we knew there was
No point being sad
There were many possibilities
But only one conclusion
For we could never change
What already happened.
