Early start

’t believe I was, I mean I haven’t been this happy in a long time. A really long time. It’s not usual for me, but Ace just seems to have that effect on me. We seriously needed to talk about what we are going to tell people. How we are going to do things, the right thing  at this point in time is to keep it a secret, at least until we are certain of how things are going to turn out. What makes this really hard is that, Joni, my roll call friend, had a crush on him. Everyone knows, it’s obvious the way she acts about him, of course him being the boy he is, he doesn’t know and I don’t plan on telling him either. Not that I’m jealous or anything, because she is really not his type, like really, she tries to say they have things in common, but we all know they don’t. 

When I woke up, I checked the time. 

6:55 am 

For once I was on time. Maybe it was the happiness and wanting to see his face. I don’t know, but I was up on time, so I grabbed my phone and placed it on the dock in the bathroom, I put on a song and hoped in the showing. Feeling the hot water over my skin was amazing, it was so relaxing, I felt like singing. So I did. 

“well I’ve got open eyes

But I don’t know what I’m searching for

So I could wait some more” 

I kept singing as I washed my hair and my body, I even went all out today and shaved my legs, it’s amazing what boys can do, making you shave your legs on days that you never thought you would but hey, they were spiky anyways. 

I was in there for a few more songs and I hoped out, checking the time on my phone. 

7:15 am 

Jesus Christ it’s early, I quickly got dressed and went down stairs, my hair wet and my make-up was definitetly not applied but eh, who cares. 

“Good morning honey!” My mum said, chirpier than ever. 

“Good morning mum” I said giving her a kiss on the cheek. 

I grabbed my favourite cereal bowl and poured, mmm cocoa pops. Amazing stuff! My little sister came down stairs rubbing her eyes, how cute. 

“Good morning Lucy!” I said, I practically yelled, in my attempts to wake up. 

I finished my cereal in five minutes, I ran upstairs to go wake up my boyfriend. That word is amazing, I could say it all day long. To my surprise he had already had a quick shower and gotten dressed. 

“Good morning beautiful” He said in his sexy morning voice, you could tell he was tired. 

“Good morning babe” I said, the words just rolling off my tongue. 

“I love your singing babe, it’s amazing, like an angel. I didn’t know you could sing like that.” He said kissing me on the cheek softly. 

After a moment of silence, and fixing my hair, I spoke. 

“Ace, what are we going to do? We can’t possible tell anyone, you know how angry Khloe would get, it would start a shit fight. Maybe we should keep it a secret for a little while.” I spurted out quickly. 

“I agree, it’s going to be hard not to kiss those lips at school though, but at least I can watch your beautiful face” He said softly, kissing me.

“Maybe, instead of kissing we can use our secret handshake, and that would be our kiss during school, and” I said touching my heart with my fist..

“Means I love you” I continued and as I said it, he did it. As a fan girl, I literally died inside. 

I checked the time again, afraid of how much time had passed. 

7:30 am

I still had plenty of time. 

“ACE!” my mum yelled. 

“COME HERE PLEASE! ALONE!” She continued 

And so he did, I applied the last of my make-up while they talked. I also packed my bag and brushed my teeth, jeez they were talking for a while. I wanted to know what they were talking about so I went down stairs hiding on the stairs. 

What they were saying was barely audible but I made do.

“Okay, so what we might do is go out shopping after school, to get you some clothes. While your at school, I’ll set up your new bedroom, in our, now old, guest room.” My mum said, she sounded so nice and sweet, a little wobble in her voice practically confirmed she was upset. 

“Mum, you don’t have too, it’s a lot of money, and I can’t pay you back.” He said sounding concerned. 

“Don’t worry, we’ll get you a job and then you can just give me half of what you would earn” 

“It might even encourage Tiger to come out her room and get a job” She finished after a moment of silence. 

They both giggled, slightly offended, but having a little laugh myself, I decided to walk down the stairs, loudly, making my presence known. 

“Okay, so it’s settled, Ace, welcome to the family” My mum proclaimed. 

I looked at Ace, giving him a confused face, acting as if I didn’t know. But I knew, and I was so excited. 

He got up and came to me. 

“I’ll tell you upstairs” He whispered in my ear, his hot breath on my neck, in which he gave me goose bumps, covering ever part of me. 

I followed him upstairs, and as soon as we were out of people’s sights, he pulled me and kissed me, it was amazing. After our long kiss, I pulled him into my room. 

“Tonight we are going shopping, your mum is going to buy me new clothes, and during the day she is going to set up the guest room, so it’s mine. Baby, I’m moving in.” He spoke after moments of silence. 

“Baby, you know this means we can’t tell her, at all.” I followed him, making sure he was aware.

“I know.” He said blatantly. 

I grabbed my bag and gave him a little peck. He responded back and grabbed his bag following me. I checked the time before I walked out. 

8:19 am 

Shit, the time went fast, I raced out the door quickly. 

“Bye guys, love you!” I yelled as I exited the house.
