Wait! No! No this can't be happening. I can't like Justin! We're just friends! But I couldn't stay in bed and think about it because I had to get ready for school, or as I like to call it...Hell.
When I went to the bus stop I didn't see Justin. Looks like I'm sitting with my sister.
When I got to school I saw Justin in the hall. I walked up to him.
"Hey," I greeted. "Hey," Justin greeted back. "How's it going," I asked. "Great. Also I'm interested in someone. She's amazing, and her name is Carly," Justin said. "Great for you!" I said.
On the outside, that's what I said and USUALLY on the inside that's what I would say but now that I have feelings for him....I think the opposite.
"Wow you and I both developed a crush today," I said. "What?" he asked. "Huh?" I asked.
"A crush?" he asked. "Oh, yeah, it's just a celebrity crush on Bruno Mars," I lied.
Phew.
"So why weren't you on the bus?" I asked changing the subject. "Oh, I overslept. I was up all night on the phone with her," He replied.
Oh my God. Let it go. I'm tired of hearing about her already.
"So yeah, more about her," he said.
"Yeah, more about Carly," I said unenthusiasticly. "Is there something wrong?" Justin asked.
"No," I said. "You sure?" He asked.
"Yes! Look I gotta get to class," I said. Then I turned and walked away.
"Well I'll walk with you. Have you forgotten we're in the same class?" he asked while catching up.
I can't believe it. I like Justin... while he keeps talking about Carly.
