Okay so now that I like Justin, what am I gonna do when he talks about Carly?
Maybe I can tone him out.
No! That won't work.
I just can't wait until this day is over because if I hear Carly one more time, I'm gonna punch Justin.
"Hey," Justin said while running up to me at the end of the day.
"Hey," I said.
"After school, I'm meeting Carly--"
"Shut up!" I shouted. Then I punched Justin in the arm.
"Ow!" Justin yelled. "Sorry," I apologized. Then Justin sighed and walked away.
He looks cute walking away in pain.
Omg!

"Diana," Justin said while knocking at 8pm
There was no answer.
"Diana!" He shouted after 30 seconds. Then I opened the door a few seconds. "What's up?" I said.
"Nothing," Justin replied. "How was your evening with 'the amazing Carly'?" I asked with air quotes.
I know I shouldn't have asked that but I didn't have anything to say. Also, Justin would bring her up anyway.
"It was great. She wants to go on a real date on Saturday," he replied.
Ugh!
"Great," I said, but I was faking.
"Well goodnight," I said. Then I went inside before he could say bye.
When I shut my door, I had a plan.
