if you don't know where this ship is from here you go:
it's from a musical called The Prom. it's about a senior in highschool, Emma, who's prom was cancelled because she was planning on bringing her girlfriend, Alyssa, as her date.
the show covers the way Emma and a few actors convince the PTA to let her attend. it also covers the relationship drama between the two girls (cuz Alyssa isn't openly gay yet)
it's absolutely beautiful and the representation us lesbians need. the music is wonderful and i love the characters SO MUCH.
so yeah plz listen to it. there needs to be more ppl listening to it.
so yeah thats basically the short, spoiler free, summary if u were confused lol.
