Chapter 9

-Ryleigh-

Haleigh is gone. I don't know where Mouse is. And I am scared out of my mind.

I look around the party for Mouse but can not find her. People were still sitting around parrying and drinking like crazy. I knew people sere doing pot and all I could do was try not to cry.

I hold it in and when I am alone I will fall into a million pieces. Why is someone killing my friends.

And who?

I bump into Alec.

"Where is Mouse?!"I ask him.

"She went out for fresh air"he said to me.

So she is fine.

"Let's go find Mouse"Alec said to me. I nod and we walk out of the door.

It was chilly outside. I look around through the trees yet I do not see Mouse. Alec walks ahead of me towards the road.

And that's when we saw her.

She was lying down with a pool of blood around her. Beside her lay a dead Vanessa. I knew she was dead because her head had been ran over by the tire.

"Mouse!"I scream covering my eyes because she was dead.

I start to break down in tears. I hear Alec foaming 911 but I was almost positive it was too late.

The ambulance comes about ten minutes later. They ignore Vanessa and lift up Mouse taking her away. Her hair was coated in thick blood.

They let Alec and I get into the ambulance with her.

Alec holds her hand while they work on her until we make it to the hospital.

And they take her in and shut us out.

Then my phone rings.

Where the hell are the girls?!

I sat oj my cheetah pajamas with Caitlyn, Alexis, and Kailie.

Kailie walks to the bathroom to brush her teeth while I sit and talk to the girls about clothes and boys.

And how cute Alec and Mouse would be.

Caitlyn was wearing cute pink pj's and Alexis wore purple. We each had slippers on.

I did my makeup and there's because queen.

Kailie fixed each of our hairs

Then Kailie came back with a water gun and squirted us.

I started to laugh ans run around the cabin.

My phone rings

"Hello?"I answer still laughing from the water currently soaking into my underwear.

"Your friend is dead and the others will be too all because of what you did"A autotooned voice said.

"Who is this!? What are you talking about?!"I scream into the phone.

But it had already disconnected.

Then it rang again.

"H-Hello?"

"Kylee! It's Ryleigh! Mouse and Haleigh are at the hospital!"Ryleigh says in a strained voice.

"What happened?!"I say horrified.

"Haleigh was stabbed and M-m-Mouse was..."Ryleigh said trailing off.

"Mouse was?"I question.

"Mouse is dead, Kylee"Ryleigh says

I drop the phone on the ground.

This was all my fault.

I can not.

Instead of thinking:

What did I do?

Who did this?

And why?

'Mouse is dead' was all I could think.
