Mouse's POV
"Hey Ryleigh" I said as she entered the room.
"Hey Mouse. I'm glad your not dead" Ryleigh said.
"Me too. Where's the others? Where's Alec?"
"Alec left when they told us you were dead. He looked like he was going to kill someone"
"Let me see your phone. I'll call him"
She hands me her phone and I type in his number.
"What?"he answers angrily.
"Well someone's in a happy mood"I answer to him and smile lightly.
"Who is this?"
"Very rude dude. I mean I know you hate me but seriously. It's Mouse"
"MOUSE! Are you okay? I thought..."
"You thought I was dead" I answer for him.
"I'll be at the hospital in a few hours"
"Alec?"
"Yes"
"Please don't do anything stupid"
"No promises"
Alec's POV
I had been asking around for names and things. I wanted to know what was going on and why someone would try to kill Mouse and Haleigh.
Well mostly Mouse.
Okay I semi liked her. Like just a little bit.

Shut up conscious.
I'm going crazy help me.
Mouse died because someone tried to kill her. I think I might need to ask maybe one of her friends. Like Kylee maybe.
I dialed Kylee's number.
"Hello" Ky answered sounding glum.
"Hi there. Um I need to ask you some um stuff. Like about what happened to Mouse"
"I wasn't there"
"Yes but someone tried to kill her and I want to know why"
"I know why someone tried to kill her"
"Because of what I did. Now keep your nose out of shit that isn't your business"

About two weeks
Mouse's POV
I am finally being released.
I said bye to the nurses and left the hospital. A girl around my age named Bailey was going to live in the summer camp with me until I was fully recovered. I didn't need her but she was really awesome so I didn't mind.
I walked into the cabin and the only person there was Kylee.
"Hey girl hey" I said to her plopping down on the bed beside her.
She wouldn't look me in the eye. "Hey"
"Kylee what happened? Are you okay? SPEAK WOMAN"
"I can't tell you Mouse"
"Kylee please"
"You can't tell anyone"
"I swear I won't"
And then she told me everything.
