Chief Bookem falls asleep when he is supposed to be directing traffic, and as a result, King Dedede and Mayor Len Blusterglas crash into each other! King Dedede gets angry and wants to fire Chief Bookem, but then all sorts of disasters start happening around town. Can Cappy Town cope without a police chief?!
