Recap: Rey sings a song; Dee's failed plan

When Dee turned around, he could see one of the guy hit Rey right in the gut. He curled but came back and hit him. They were having a scary fight. Kriya was screaming. She couldn't see all this.

Rey hit both the men well. But let's focus on what happened to him. One of the man broke a beer bottle and scratched Rey's chest. It started bleeding like hell. Kriya was about to faint seeing his blood. She couldn't see anyone she cared about's blood. Yes! No matter how much she denied, she couldn't see Rey in that condition.

She lost her shit. She removed her heels and threw it directly on the man who had scratched Rey. She didn't care how much she paid for the heels. It didn't cost more than Rey. The man turned to look at Kriya. She had worn stilettos and it made him bleed.

He ran towards Kriya when Rey came in between.

Re: Dare you touch her you peice of shit!

He looked up and saw Kriya looking at him very carefully. She couldn't understand this guy. But she didn't notice the other guy behind her. He was about to break a beer bottle on her head. Rey shouted. But before she could react, she saw the guy fallen to her side. Yes! Dee hit that guy before he could hit Kriya.

Since both the guys had fallen, Kriya found it as an opportunity to go.

Kr: Let's go Rey

Rey shivered at first. After years she called him 'Rey'. But when realisation hit him, he shouted

Re: No. I'll kill this man.

Kr: No you won't. Come

By the time Kriya struggled to convince Rey, the man Dee had hit got up. He took this as a change and took Kriya's heel lying on the floor and hit it on Rey's hand.

Rey shouted in pain. He was sitting down and that heel might have broke his bone.

Kriya couldn't take Rey's pain. She took a peice of glass fallen from the beer bottle and put it right inside the guys shoulder.

Yes! You get that if you ever touch Rey again. No one, I repeat no one can hit Rey except Kriya. Not even Dee.

Dee knew how mad Kriya was. He helped her in putting Rey at the backseat. Once they were inside, Rey quickly put his head on Kriya's lap. She didn't mind it.

Dee: *throws her heels inside* These are literally weapons. Keep it.

She couldn't help but face palm at her friend. He had to crack a joke now. When Rey was literally in pain.

Dee drove the car back home. The ride was silent. Everyone was thinking about something.

Dee was happy. No. He wasn't sadistic or something. He didn't even want all this to happen. He had planned of hiring goons. Not like this. But he was happy. Yes! Rey was the right guy for Kriya. No matter what past they had, he didn't care about it. Rey fought for Kriya endangering his life. And that's all he wanted. A good guy for his bestie. And Rey was that.

Kriya on the other hand was confused. Rey was so confusing. He cared so much about her. He was ready to kill himself for her respect. Why? Why was he doing it? Ugh.

And for that guy she was thinking about. He was peacefully sleeping in the arms of his love. Far away from all the pain.

When they reached, Kriya asked Dee to first check whether everyone was asleep. She had told them to sleep since she knew the party would go till late. But now after Rey's condition, she didn't want anyone to see him. Incase Rey didn't want his mom to see him like that.

Dee went in and checked. The coast was clear. He then helped Kriya in taking Rey in. Once they were inside, Kriya made Rey sit on a separate chair.

Kr: Dee! Just make sure there is no blood anywhere. And clean the car with Detol or something.

Dee: Yes boss!

Dee left Kriya with Rey. Rey was just wincing in pain. Kriya locked the door and turned to look, sorry, glare at Rey. She was still mad at him to fight with the goons.

Re: What? It's paining like Shit. I wanna sleep. As much I enjoy the fact that you are staring at me, I want to sleep right now. Sorry but I can't be sweet now

Kriya just looked at him like 'What the hell'. She then went and got out the first aid box. She looked at a drowsy Rey. He had had lot of blood loss. She went and stood infront of him.

Re: What happened?

Kriya gave him a look.

Re: No. I didn't understand.

Kr: Remove your T-Shirt

Re: Listen! I know I am hot. But I am not that type. I don't strip just like that. And ya. I am damn cultured so stay away.

Kriya rolled her eyes and was about to say something

Re: Okay fine! Don't get angry. It's just that this guy twisted my left hand and I have, I guess most probably fractured the fingers of my right hand so I can't remove my shirt. But I'll try.

He tried removing his shirt but he couldn't. It was painful. She guessed it and on cue helped him remove his T-shirt.

There he sat with a gorgeous face and a Greek God body. Ugh! Kriya was deviating.

Re: Like what you see?

Kr: You wish.

Kriya started cleaning his wound. It was deep and every time she put the medicine, he winced.

Kriya atlast broke the silence.

Kr: Who told you to fight? Now look what you have put yourself into!

Re: Firstly, I can't stand anyone telling Shit about you

He told it with so much aggression that Kriya was shook

Re: And secondly, I didn't loose much. I gained a lot though. I love how you are taking care of me.

Kriya glared at him and pressed the cotton hard on his wound.

Rey winced in pain

Re: Easy tiger!

She immediately felt guilty and Rey could see the tears in her eye's.

Re: Relax babe! It wasn't that much *wipes her tears*

They had an eye lock. They were lost in each other when there was a knock on the door.

Kr: Who's it?

Dee: Me! Listen. I have cleaned everything. I am going to sleep. Bye!

Kr: Good Night Dee!

Kriya helped Rey till the washroom. He went in and changed his pant with a lot of pain. When he came back, Kriya helped him wear his T-shirt.

Kr: You sleep on the Bed. I'll sleep on the sofa.

Re: As you wish your highness

Kriya mentally facepalms herself. But somewhere down the line, she loved Rey's craziness.

Rey and Kriya are now in talking terms. Kriya is slowly falling for Rey. Dee is finally at peace with Rey. Everything is too peaceful. Is everything alright?

And I am back with a update. Can I confess that I actually forgot I was suppose to update today. Never the less, I did.

It's been long and I am now on the 29th Chapter. I really wanna know your views about the book till now. As in a feedback. I was going through the book and I swear I was cringing on my writing. Like ugh!
