GRACE [REWRITING]

CHAPTER 38

There's so much strength in you and me

GRACE
we had spent the whole day together, so we decided to go to the beach in the evening before sunset, so we could see the sunset together,

We were practically the only ones on the beach, I dogged into the ground with my legs, making funny looking sand castles, i raised my head to look up at august who was throwing stones into the sea,

*stop throwing stones silly, people don't do that when they come to beaches, they build sand castles and run around and swim deep into the sea, not so deep but they swim*

*we have it all to ourselves, we could swim naked, jump up, play around, non of that matters,what matters is that we are doing it together*he said
Pulling me into his arms,
Before I could open my eyes to his beautiful face, I was off the ground and what I felt next were the sea waves on my back as he left me to drop into the water

I struggled to get up , my skin covered in sand
*i didn't say drop me into the ocean*i smiled
Running towards him on the beach, I kicked him on the knee,
*ouch, what did you do that for*he exclaimed,

I didn't allow him finish,I pushed him into the water, taking sand from the beach and throwing it on him

*so, now we're playing with sands*he said
Running towards me with hands full of sand
*get away from me*i said
Running away from him,

*quit running, grace I'm gonna get you any way*he said
Pursuing me from behind
*if you can*i said
Looking back, I stumbled and fell and what followed were loads of sand on my hair and body and every where

*thats so not fair*
*whats not fair*
*I'm a lady for God's sake*i yelled
Shaking the sand off my hair,

*and I'm a man*he foolishly replied
*who asked you*i said
Smiling mischievously, gathering sand behind me as he was about to say another word, I stuffed the sand in his mouth, laughing as i ran away from him,

*what the fuck, grace*he said
Coughing out,
*do you know what your punishment would be?*he yelled,
*what could be worst than what I just did to you*
*i'll tell you, you're going to kiss this sand filled mouth*he said
*hell no*i yelled
*oh, you will*he said
Smiling wickedly,

My legs failed me and I fell on the ground too tired to continue running, he fell on top me, trapping me in between his legs
*I'm not kissing you*i said
*like you can help it*he said smiling
As he leaned down, he forced my mouth open by tickling me and immediately I laughed out,

He slid his tongue into my mouth, biting my lips and playing with my tongue,
I was happy for the first time in a long time and I was hoping it will last for a while or maybe a very long time,

He got off and laid on the ground,
*what is the last event of the trip?*i asked
*sky diving should do the trick*he said
Smiling.
