I heard footsteps coming towards me. You know, I have headphones on for a reason. It means leave me alone. I looked up to tell whoever decided to interupt my study so but once my eyes traveled from her purposely shredded converse up to the crown of her bright red hair shining brightly from the sun behind her. Talk about perfect lighting, damn. My throat closed up and blocking any words from escaping. and honestly? I was pretty damn glad about that. I would've sounded like a dumbass.
She had the darkest eyes I have ever seen. Brown, almost black. Drinking you in. Reminding you of black coffee, My favorite drink. They were almond shaped and wide with pretend innocence. Her smile was so wide I thought she would break her face but oddly enough it worked on her. her petite sloped nose wiggling alittle like she was thinking with it. A complete set on her oval, almost heart shaped face. Intense red hair bouncing with each stride till she stopped infront of me. Staring straight at me like I was to her.
She looks like a lunatic.
The most beautiful lunatic I've ever seen. Untill I saw her, I never knew that the words sexy and cute could ever go together. But she was somehow both and it amazed me because I usually don't associate such opposite words. That's why I never understood sweet and sour candy. That shit just doesn't make sense!
I never took in a girls appearance before like I did her. I mean, when a girls hot shes hot. She's got a good face with a good body. That's that. But her? All of her stood out like a red gumball surrounded with white gum strips.
"Hey! I'm Rayne." She said breathless.
"Uh huh." Great, I bet she's glad to be talking to you now! Probably thinks you're stupid..
She looks confused. Awesome, your dumbassness is spreading to her. Quick! Make it stop!
"What's up?"
That's good.
"You should come walk with me and have lunch. My friends are all there and it has great food." She said with her smile back in place.
"The waitresses are pretty hot and I'll let you beat me in pool." continuing to persuade me and added a wink.
"You got me at lunch." I winked back.
