Beyond seven mountain ranges, beyond seven rivers, lies a land of myth and magic.
The bones of dragons ward the living ones away from the Kingdoms where man live, free and happily. Rarely are they spotted in the skies above, but there are some who are hungry enough to attack, leaving naught but ash and sorrow in their wake.
A silver dragon came, his roar of thunder causing the people to shudder, near and far.
Aegis, the Prince of Realm, a kingdom shrouded in a blue haze, prayed to the Dreamweaver, who spins the tales of the waking world, that the god might use his sword as the needle which weaves a happy ending for his kingdom.
Not long after, mages, wizards, and warriors rose up beside him and took the beast asunder.
When the hero arrived home, he was met by bells, smiles, and his soon-to-be Queen. But there were dark clouds gathering on the horizon.
Due to Queen Cora's fragile health, attempts to bear children were fraught with failure. The people of Realm prayed for the gentle queen and heroic king. Vows and pilgrimages had not yet yielded any help until the queen spent the night under the watchful eye of the 7.
That night, the God of Dreams bade her be at ease.
