"What are you doing? what happened to your arm?" Dom asked as she saw Clarke getting escorted to the hospital unit were Dom was, Dom had to get re-stitched and medicated.
Clarke gulped and sat down on the bed right next to Dom, "I cut my arm open, I need stitches" Clarke explained.
Once the doctor was gone Dom got up and sat next to Clarke, "I can't believe you tried escaping... why didn't you just do it? you could've gotten away" Dom asked, Clarke gulped then fully faced Dominique.
"Jasper managed to stop me from pulling the lever. If I pulled it, that would mean that these people in here could've died... Plus I'm glad I stayed because then I wouldn't have known they had you" She explained then smiled, Dom hugged her best friend.
"I don't trust this place. It seems to...perfect" Dom mumbled, Clarke agreed. Dom's eyes trailing across the room, her vision getting blurry from her tears invading her eyes.
"when you closed the dropship door, I-I I ran, I knew the rockets were being activated and I didn't even help Bellamy...I just ran away, I am a coward" Dom cried out, Clarke nodded a no,
"Hey, hey you did what you could, Bellamy would understand that, he would have wanted you to run" Clarke spoke, Dom just agreed and wiped her tears. Clarke moved and stood up,
"Have these people been awake?" Clarke asked Dom as they both examined the other patients in the room with them, they were all laying down in their beds just unconscious.
"No, they've been all like that since I've gotten here. They haven't moved" Dom replied. Clarkes eyes trailed along their bodies and saw the blood tubes that were connected to them. Dom stood up and joined her,
"Look, there are tubes in him, and when you follow the tubes its connects to the machine, you look up and see the machine connected to those big pipes which then leads into the wall-They're transferring blood into these people" Dom mumbled right after Clarke explained. They walked and followed were the big pipe vanishes into, the wall had a door but only people with cards could access.
"You know what I'm thinking right?" Clarke asked, Dom agreed, "Yeah, that we check it out." Dom replied. Clarke just sighed, "How do we get on the other sid- Through that" Dom spoke and pointed at the vent on the right corner. Both girls were in their just crawling.
When they both reached the other side they weren't ready for what had come. They saw the bodies of grounders being hung upside down, their blood being drained into the pipes.
"These people are using the grounders to heal themselves? why do they need their blood?" Dom asked, Clarke just gulped, they both examined the almost naked bodies.
"Grounders...even us, we're used to radiation so our blood would help them heal faster...- That means we're in danger, we have to warn t-the others" Dom choked on her words. Suddenly there were groans coming from behind the girls, both turning they saw cages...Filled with grounders.
"omg, we need to get them out of here" Dom cried out, the grounders looked tired and hungry. They stuck their arms out of their cages just trying to reach for the girls. Dom's eyes moved along each cage and suddenly saw a familiar face.
"Anya? Clarke come here, its Anya" Dom whispered. Anya inhaled then exhaled.
"We need to get her outta here" Dom pleaded, Clarke looked around and grabbed a pipe from the wall, she used it as a crowbar to try to break the lock that was on Anya's cage.
"Come on, I've got you," Dom said as she helped the un-energetic Anya. Suddenly a noise came from where they had entered. Clarke then pushed Dom, Anya and herself back inside the cage they had unlocked. The doctor walked in and checked up on the bodies, the girls had hoped that she wouldn't be able to see them. Dom's breathing was quite loud so she had to cover her mouth. They then watched as the doctor left. All three girls getting up and escaping the cage.
