"This is so cool," Taehyung says with wide eyes as they find a seat in the bleachers. The three friends sit down, Jimin excitedly searching for Yoongi on the court. The crowd was buzzing with excitement for the home game.
"So noisy," Jin sighs.
"Hey Jimin!" Hoseok shouts excitedly, namjoon following behind him. They walk up the steps of the bleachers, "hey Taehyung... jin Hyung," Hoseok grins, stopping slightly saying Taehyung's name from the awkward kiss they shared a couple days ago.
"Hello," Jin smiles genuinely and taehyung gives an awkward smile. They move over for the two to sit. Namjoon drinking his soda quietly, not wanting to converse with Jin.
"Namjoon," Jin says, rolling his eyes.
"Seokjin." Namjoon rolls his eyes back at him.
"Look, if we're all going to be all buddy buddy, even the slightest let's all just get alon-," Jimin sighs.
Suddenly there was a lot of cheering and the basketball team came out, Yoongi leading the team and Jimin cheered loudly along with the crowd, louder than anyone else there. Taehyung grins at one of his best friends. Seeing how excited he was for the boy. Thinking about that he glances over at Hoseok who was cheering as well.
Once the crowd died down the two opposing teams huddled with their coaches and captains. Seeing yoongi in the basketball uniform made him feel all bubbly inside.
Before the first half started, Yoongi looks around the crowd before he picks out the certain person who he was hoping to find. Seeing Jimin makes him smile and he knows he is going to try his best to impress him.
Which was unnecessary since the kid was already smitten for him.
Jimin raises his hand up and waves, Yoongi waving back with a wink . With all the people in the crowd, no one would know for sure who it was Yoongi was winking at but the crowd erupted in 'ooh's."
Yoongi smiles his signature gummy smile, rolling his eyes. They began warming up briefly before the game starts. Yoongi and Jungkook practicing their layups and free throws.
Once the game starts, Jimin pays no mind to namjoon and jin bickering or the awkward tension between Taehyung and hoseok. He is only focused on his boyfriend. Yoongi has his undying attention.
When the game starts Yoongi played all out, stealing the balls and scoring most of the time. It was the final seconds of the first half, Jimin watching with anticipation, same with the rest of the school that decided to show up to the game. When Yoongi made the final basket of the first half Jimin stood up from his seat in the bleachers, screaming loudly while jumping up and down.
"Min yoongi!" He shouts excitedly, cheering loudly as the buzzer for the first half sounds. There was a twelve minute half time before the game began again. Yoongi locking eyes with Jimin, nodding towards the exit of the gym. Everyone else was either getting up to do something in the next few minutes, talking or waiting patiently. The players were talking loudly about the first half, high fiving eachother and snickering about the opposing team.
