Bliss or Chaos? [Dramione]

~ Scorpius Hyperion Malfoy ~

Scowling in the mirror, I run the comb through my platinum blonde hair one last time. I need to look presentable today since today is my first day of classes at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Most of the other students have already made their way down to the Great Hall for breakfast except for Mandi Gaunt, Sampson 'Sam' Zabini, and Albus 'Al' Potter. The three of them are my only friends at Hogwarts, despite my older siblings and their older siblings of course. Mandi doesn't really count as a friend since she's my first cousin but whatever. I quickly return the comb to my area of the First Year Boys Dormitory. 

Mandi, Sam, and Al are all waiting for me in the common room with varied annoyed looks on their faces. They could have gone to the Great Hall without me but I guess that they didn't want to do that. I guess I have some friends that are keepers after all. 

"About time Scorp! We're so late for breakfast!" Mandi exclaims in a joking manner. 

Mandi Gaunt is the youngest child of my Uncle Brandon and Aunt Daphne. Uncle Brandon is Mother's twin brother and Aunt Daphne is his wife, obviously. Mandi has three siblings; Avalynn, Ares, and Romeo. Avalynn and Ares are twins and they're Sixth Year Slytherin's. Romeo is a Fourth Year Ravenclaw. Three of my five siblings are currently attending Hogwarts. Raelyn is a Seventh Year Slytherin and this year is her last year attending Hogwarts. Thomas is a Fifth Year Gryffindor and Serena is a Third Year Gryffindor. My two siblings that aren't attending Hogwarts are Tanner and Morgana. Tanner is nine years old and Morgana is five years old. 

"Whatever Mandi, at least I worry about my appearance, unlike some of us." I say with a huff, narrowing my eyes at the three of them. 

Without another word, the four of us leave the Slytherin Common Room. We pass other lingering students in the corridors as we make our way down to the Great Hall. The four of us sit down at the Slytherin table and we all almost immediately start eating.

"Hey, Scorpius, did you end up finding that bracelet that Dad gave you?" Raelyn asks me from a few seats down the table.

I look over to my older sister and I shake my head 'no'. I lost that bracelet the day after Dad gave it to me and I really don't know where it is. Maybe Morgana has it in her room at home somewhere because I know that she loves taking my things along with Tanner and Thomas's. 

"Well you should find it or else Dad is gonna get pissed" Raelyn adds before turning back to her friends.

He'll only get pissed if he finds out that I lost it. Now that is a way to think about it and I'll just have to learn how to Transfigure something to look like it. Now that would be one way to show some of my magical talents to my peers, teachers, and parents.

But for now, I should just focus on getting through my first day of classes instead of things that may happen two, three years from now.
