Apocalypse (Yoongi X Reader)

Human Interaction

Sitting in this hole i found to hide from the runners i saw their was things i could salvage, i picked up the nessassary supplies and left it at that. I stand up quietly and begin to make my way out of the hole.

I reach the surface and scan my surroundings, the path looks clear, I run over to a building that I saw an entrance to and climb in side. I stay extreamly quiet and stayed low. I see a dead body laying on the floor he had a gun attached to his belt and amunition in his pack i took all of it, soon relising it was a police officers uniform. As I crawl back to the shelves I heard some russling. My heart rate increased as i was getting ready to stab the zombie.

Just as i was going to leep for it it spoke.

??? : Ahh, Fucking hell. No food for the next day or so again. Fuck my life why did the world have to come to this?

I stoped my actions confused.. I poke my head around the corner to see what it was, another human. My eyes widened at the site, I sit back resting my back against the shelving I take a deep breath about to stand up and confrounting him.

Y/N : Hello.

He turned around to look at me with his gun drawn so i pull mine up incase he got any funny ideas i could protect myself.

Boy : Oh uh Hi.

He lowered his gun, I did aswell.

Y/N: Are you looking for food?

Boy: Uh yeah I havent eaten in like 5 days. *Searches shelf again.*

I go into my backpack and pull out one of my muslie bars and throw it at him.

Y/N: Here, have it.

Boy: No you need food. Im fine really.

Y/N: Yeah look I have already eaten and i have couple more to suffice me, eat.

He opened the packet and ate it quickly he thanked me. As i was collecting medical supplies I introduced myself to brake the silence, for i havent had ANY human interation in 7 months.

Y/N: Im Kim Y/N by the way. You mind telling me your name?

Boy: Im Min Yoongi.

Another silence. I was about to ask if he was with anyone when a clicker showed up. They only hear noise that isnt them, I saw Yoongi about to shoot, but i saw another four, coming from other directions. I act on instict to save the both of us.

I silently speed walk toward him and grab his gun it looked like he was about to attack me, but relised i was the human. I put my finger up to my lips and tell him to stay quiet. I motion my hand to tell him to follow me and watch where he steps.

He followed, their was a clicker in the room that i had led us to. He pulled up his gun to shoot, but that would on cause the other clickers to come to us. I push his gun down and run towards the clicker stabing it in the neck with my knife, it fell to the ground, dead.

I turn around and he's staring at me, I wipe the liquid that assume would be their blood of my hand onto the rag on the ground. I tell him to come follow me and he did. I pere outside and see one zombie, if it's one thing i have learned over the 8 months this happened it would be that the more noise you make the more zombies that will come, and their is very rarly just one.

Yoongi has not yet seen it so I pull out my bow and arrows and aim directly at the zombies head and shoot, the zombie fell to the floor I grab Yoongi's hand and led us to a safe area. We end up camping on a roof that we climbed a drain pipe to get up to.

I decided i would open up to him, only because I wanted to travell to sanctuary and I had no one to go with anymore., and the truth is I hate doing this all alone. I like having someone their that could possibly help me. So im not freaked out 100% of the time, sure i will still be scared but i will have someone their.
