Tae: How did you know that they weren't actually soldiers?

Yoongi: Well for starters I noticed one of them had a stab wound right where his heart was but he was still moving perfectly fine and second they ran.

We all think hard about how he was right.

Jin: Y/N you said we're close to the sanctuary how close do you mean?

Y/N: Like possibly another 2 weeks maximum.

Their faces light up with joy.

Tae: Well what are we doing standing around, lets go!

We begin to open the hatch at the top of the tank and climb out. We check to make sure that there are no infected anywhere, when the coast is clear we took off running in the right direction. Laughing was the only sound we where making, we wanted to get there as fast as we could.

Joonie: Guys, guys wait!

We all abruptly stop and look at him.

Joonie: Why didnt we just take the tank?

We all slap our foreheads but decide its to late to turn back now so we just keep heading on wards. It was a very silent trip each one of us hoping it would end all ready. We heard sounds of distress off in the distance but we payed no mind to it, we continued walking in the blazing hot sun. Sweat covered our shirts and our feet where in pain, I put my arm up to try and block out some of the brutal sunlight that was being casted onto my face.

Tae: We seriously should have gone back for that tank. *Whines*

We contiue to walk and walk, the sound of crickets in the tree's and our footsteps crunching on the loose pieces of tar road where all we could hear. We hadn't talked for over five minutes, I was just lost in thought.

~Time Skip 4 hours~

My feet ached from all the walking we had done, my skin dripped with sweat and I knew I smelt bad. I heard Jimin panting behind me which made me concerned, I turned to look at him he just gave me a thumbs up. Yoongi ran up to me and wrapped his arms around my waist as we walked.

Y/N: Sorry if I smell horrid.

Yoongi: You smell fine.

I knew he was lying but I didnt argue.

Yoongi: Do you know where we are?

Y/N: Kind of, I know we're heading in the right direction.

He nods his head and just continues to hold me as we walk, even though it was hot I didnt mind our close proximity.

Jungkook: it feels like we've been walking forever!

Jin: W-wait guys, is- is that it!? *Points*

We saw this big area surrounded with high fences and barb wire at the top, there where some figures standing there, as we walk a little closer my eyes adjusted and I could clearly see they where soldiers holding guns, and there where people walking around inside the gates. A smile grew on my face.

Y/N: Oh my god! We- we made it!

We begin to run and run but I hear something behind us.

Jungkook: RUN!

I look behind us and see infected running after us, but as I look a little longer I see my mother and fathers facial features, it was them. My eyes water and my legs begin to move I run with the others, we run so fast down the stretch we reach the gates quicker the we expected, the people just looked at us. I bash on the fence making it rattle.

Y/N: OPEN UP PLEASE!!

They dont do anything and my family gets closer and closer.

Tae: HELP PLEASE!

Yoongi: OPEN UP THIS FUCKING GATE!

Jungkook began to cry as they got closer and closer, then the sweet, sweet sound of the gate open rang through our ears.

Y/N: THANK YO SO MUCH! GO GO, QUICKLY!

They ran in one by one as fast as we could they didnt open the gate very wide, I was the last to try and slip in, as I slip past my hip gets stuck and I knew I instantly bruised because of the force.

Joonie: COME ON Y/N!

Y/N: M-MY HIP IS STUCK!

They grab onto me and pull I twist my body into an uncomfortable position my fathers contorted face got closer and closer to me, he reached out for me but he only clipped my clothes before I was yanked in the gates and my dad had a bullet shot into his head. I fell to the ground and tears streamed down my face Yoongi dropped to floor and held onto me so tight, I just cried into his sweat filled shirt but our moment was ruined by the soldiers, they hoisted us up back onto our feet and started patting us down.

Soldier: Are any of you infected.

Jin: No, none of us are!

Jin answered, my mind was fogged just like how it was the day they all got turned into these monsters, my mum was still at the gate screaming in the terrible infected voice and banging on the fence until she too was shot right in the head.

Soldier: What are your names?

Jin: Kim Seokjin, Min Yoongi, Y/F/N, Jung Hoseok, Kim Namjoon, Park Jimin, Kim Taehyung and Jeon Jungkook.

Jin answered with his hands above his head. The soldiers began leading us to a tent, my mind was so fuzzed that the world began to spin, I could hear Yoongi calling my name but I wasn't able respond.

Soldier: Whats wrong with her?

Yoongi: I dont know, Y/N, baby its alright, talk to me.

But I couldn't, my mind was filled with confusing emotions, I was happy and sad, I felt sick to my stomach but also like I could fly. I felt Yoongi's macular hands on my face and his soft lips on mine then everything went blank.
