I had an appointment with my counselor today. I told her about yesterday; she seemed happy that me and my sister were getting along. But I also told her about the trouble I got in at school. She told me I needed to control myself, or one day I might land myself in jail or something else. I told her that I couldn't help it, the need to hurt people sometimes got so overbearing that I couldn't keep it inside.
She gave me a bright red stress ball. She said the color reminded her of my anger.
