The game was almost over and I was beating their asses. I had hotels on Park Place and Boardwalk. Every single one of them kept landing on them and paying me money or places. It was hilarious.

Mason landed on one, "Fuck! I don't have anything to give you! Can't you let me off this one time?" He whines. "Nope. Give me everything." "Everything?" "Yes. Everything."

Mason was out. One down, two to go.

It was down to me and Salem. He had one property left, which means I had everything else. Which also means he owed me money every turn. I'll admit, he was good, but not good enough. I was still better. "Ready to give up yet?" I ask, smirking. "No! No I will not give up! I will win!" He yelled, rolling the dice as I rolled my eyes. "Right," I said, dragging the word out.

Park Place, yes, bitch, yes! He landed on it and lost all his money. I smirked at him, "Guess what, I win!" I say as I land on one of my properties. He's nowhere close to his one property or Go. He groans and flips the board.

"Damn,"Mason says, "You beat us all... How?!" he screeches. "I'm not telling you. And yes, yes I did beat you." I stick my tongue out at them. "Very mature, Aubree!" Salem yelled. Yeah, he's still pissed that I beat him. I roll my eyes and look at the clock. "Oh shit! It's almost eight o'clock! I gotta leave!" "No, you can stay here," Mason said. His eyes became light purple, like a lilac color.

"Thank you Mason, but I really have to go." "No, Aubree, you can't." I looked at him. What does he mean I can't? "What do you mean?" I'm so confused. "Aubree, the reason we were over there was to ge-" "Get some money from your brother to borrow," Salem interrupted Mason, glaring at him. What was Mason going to tell me? "Uhuh. Okay, so if I'm staying, which room am I staying in?" I asked. "You're going to stay in Mason's until we fix the extra bedroom, then that one will be yours. You can decorate it any way you want," Jordan said.

"Okay, so where's your room at Mason?" He started up the stairs. "Bye guys!" I say before sprinting up the stairs after Mason.

He was standing in front of his room, I'm guessing. He opened the door and guestered for me to go in first. I walked in and stopped. His room was so cool. There was one wall completely black, another one a dark blue, another one completely white, and the last one was purple, like his eyes. "Wow," I breathed, "This is beautiful. are the other guys' rooms like this?" "No, we each have a certain setup we like. I like it like this," Mason said.

There was a queen sized bed in the corner, a dresser next to it, a walk-in closet, a couch across from the bed, a tv hanging on the wall, and a connecting bathroom, which was huge. It was perfect.

I needed clothes. "Uh, Mason, I need my clothes. Which are back at the house," I said. "No worries. we got you a bag with some clothes and everything. We can go shopping soon too," he said, pulling a bag out of the closet. "Oh, okay."

He shoved me forward with my bag, towards the bathroom. "Do whatever you need to." "Okay." I walked in and got changed.

I walked back out and sat on the couch, since he was laying on the bed, already in a t-shirt and basketball shorts.

"You can have the bed, I'll take the couch," he said getting up. For some reason, I wanted him to stay with me. "Uh, okay," I said getting up and going over to the bed. I didn't want to ask him to stay with me, but actually I was scared. I would feel better if he slept in the bed with me.

"Hey Mason," I started, "Can you, uh, sleep in the bed with me?" I asked, embarrassed. My face was burning and I knew it was red. He smiled. "Okay," he said coming over and climbing in. He held the covers up so I could get in. I curled up on the edge and he pulled me back until I met his chest. I relaxed and sighed in content.

"Goodnight Aubree," he said. "Goodnight," I said already falling asleep.
