I think I blacked out because when I woke, I was in the same bed but with bandages on my stomach. I tried to sit up, but I was in too much pain still to do that, so I sat there, in pain.

I once again woke up to the sound of a door. Apparently I fell asleep again and was moved to an actual bedroom, but this time I'm not in pain. Weird.

I sit up as Zeek comes in with a tray of food.

"Hello. I hope you rested well. Actually, no. I don't really care if you did, because by tomorrow you'll be out of my hair forever." Zeek said. My stomach growled, making it clear that I'm hungry and haven't ate in a full day.

He smirks and sets the food down on the bed beside me.

"Eat up," he says and leaves. I hear the click of the door shutting, then the lock. Fuck. I wait about five minutes before I study the food. It's a turkey sandwich with a bottle of water. I study the 'meal' in my mind first, trying to figure out if anything was out of place with it. I decide there wasn't, and started to eat. I just hope I don't regret this.

I finish and I'm laying on the bed, looking at the ceiling when the Hoe comes in with another guy trailing behind. I cock my head at them and sit up.

Zeek introduced the guy as John and says, "I want you guys to get to know each other. He is looking for somebody to do something." Fuck.

"Hallo," John says. "Wie geht es dir?"

Great. I have no fucking clue what he just said.

Uhm. I'm sorry, but what did you say?" I ask.

"He just said 'How are you' in German, Aubree," Zeek quickly translates it.

"Oh. I'm wanting out of this Hell-Hole, if you really care," I said.

He translates it back to the guy, "Ich mache super." For some odd reason, I don't think he said what I actually said.

"Das ist gut," the guy replies. I look at Zeek and he says," That's good."

This is going to be a long hour of 'getting to know each other'.
