Rosmargaret had become a young woman of high society, her delicacy and singular way of speaking had been the fruit of the efforts of Josefa and Daniel.
-"It's a shame Maria was not here," Josefa would say to her husband when they were having tea.
- My sister would have been proud. "Now we have to wait for her to leave the university turned into the whole teacher who always wanted to be our daughter," he said.
It was past three o'clock when the chauffeur came in through the gate of that great house. Rosmargaret was getting out of the car with his straw hat and his big sunglasses as if it were coming from the sea itself.
- Aunt Josefa! He said, holding her.
It was a unique moment, both cried at that moment and Daniel from afar when he saw them.
-"You two are going to start!"
That moment was engraved in the memory of the three, sensitive but charming gestures of welcome Rosmargaret's as if they had spent years without seeing each other.
Josefa had a great surprise that night Rosmargaret had planned a dinner with the family of a young military man named Andrés, a subordinate lieutenant of the platoon that commanded Daniel.
That night Rosmargaret wore a showy red suit spectacularly attached to his body, his hair was the envy of that night; entered the room with a smile that left wordless to the entertainer Andres Josefa I take to get up and say a few words.
- My daughter arrived! He said aloud.
At the moment everyone began to go one after another to the table where a feast of gods was reserved. Rosmargaret always takes a step forward Aunt Josefa's arm and says in his ear very smiling.
-"Auntie, do not tell me that you brought this soldier's uniformed dwarf to invent something.
- Of course, yes, daughter!
- You're a spectacular woman. "But I'm not interested in boyfriends, Auntie."
- Besides the person I want to be by my side I have not met yet. "It does not matter today you will meet a magnificent person.
- I do not like the dwarf. "It does not matter that she has money and status," he replied, taking her arm tightly." Let me go, you hurt me," she said seriously.
Something Josefa was cracking up with that surprise dinner; while Daniel politely attended the guests.
The dinner was magnificent, Mrs. Fidelina had made a delicacy that evening and the diners were ecstatic with dinner.
Suddenly a glass was heard Josefa trying to say a few words.
- I want to make a comment. I express in the middle of the meal.
- We have gathered today to announce that my daughter Rosmargaret and Lieutenant Andrew, are going to compromise today, I exclaim smiling.
Rosmargaret, surprised by this news and full of rage, gets up and leaves the table, going to her room where she begins to cry; all the guests were astonished at the news.
Daniel gets up immediately and takes Josefa's arm and pulls her out of the room.
- You've gone crazy Josefa! He says, full of rage and loud voice.
- How you do this to Rosmargaret.
Andrés suddenly appears with a face of total satisfaction.
- Firm Lieutenant! He says looking at him with hatred.
- That you get in the hands of my daughter.
Andres tried to explain, but Daniel told him to shut up at all times. "Disappear from my sight, Lieutenant," he says.
It was very hard for Rosmargaret who cried in her room; Daniel did not understand what Josefa had done that night.
The night was endless for Rosmargaret, his eyes full of tears reflected a sharp pain in his heart, he never thought Aunt Josefa would sell it to the highest bidder.
