It was Ibrahim the doctor nearby who were surprised to be told to pass and Rosmargaret went to the kitchen to give the doctor some tea.
Alejandro takes the opportunity to speak with his colleague, Augusto sits down to listen to both of them.

In the middle of the conversation you hear falling and breaking a rate in the kitchen. Augusto immediately rushes out to see what happened.
Rosmargaret, sitting on the floor crying without consolation, knew that this visit was not good; Alejandro finishes to accompany Ibrahim to the door and goes to the kitchen.
- Boys please listen! I exclaim.
"Uncle Vicente's disease is advanced," he repeated in a broken voice.
That moment was very dark; they knew that it was the law of life that they did not accept was that everything happened so quickly. Augustus told them that Vicente had been working for many years in the spinning mill and that a friend had told him that many people came out with occupational diseases, some died of cancer in the lungs, others in the bones.
They only had to cling to God so that Uncle Vicente would not suffer so much in his pain. Accompanying the visitor to the door Alexander and Augustus shake hands with their neighbor thanking him for everything he has done for his family.
